Nestled in the heart of a tranquil suburb, this Airbnb boasts the unique charm of a beach house, despite its distance from the sandy shores. From the moment you step onto the property, the tropical entrance glistening from the crystal clear outdoor private pool and sunshine , complete with a thoughtfully furnished interior with soft, sandy hues and nautical decor, transports you to a coastal paradise, blurring the lines between suburban living and a beachside retreat.

We are available to answer any questions via our Guest App or over the phone during your stay. If there is something that requires attention during your stay, we will be able to attend within approximately 30 minutes.

Nestled amidst the suburban part of Maylands and nature reserves , the house is 2 mins drive to the closest golf course, 4 mins drive to Coles supermarket, 1 minute walk to the park opposite with a little playground and huge oval to kick a footy or picnic under the shady trees. Perth Hay Street Mall is 20 minutes drive away or 45 minutes on the public transport. The International Airport is 25 mins with 4 train stops via the Airport Line and a Taxi ride of approximately 6 minutes. Your closest and largest Indoor shopping Mall is 13 minutes drive away to Morley Galleria.

- Toilet - Separate to the bathroom but shares the same door together with the laundry area
- Backyard Alfresco - 6 seater dining table , Good size gas BBQ , Lawn games kept inside the trunk next to BBQ
- Side of the house - Ping Pong Table complete with Ping pong balls and racket
- Private pool - Front of the house upon entering the gate with full privacy from neighbours

This coastal beach house vibe presents an open space living room with a comfortable 3 seater that opens up to a sofa bed (do inform us if you intend to use the sofa bed as linens will need to be charged and provided before your stay).

A good sized spacious kitchen is fully equipped with all you need to bring out the master chef in you with pots, pans, rice cooker, slow cooker, toaster, grilling pan and baking wares. A 4 seater extendable to a 6 seater (extra chairs in the corridor cupboard) dining table fills the 2nd half of the open plan living with views of the private pool.

Walk past the archway into the walkway with the 1st bedroom with a Queen sized bed and a floor to ceiling full wardrobe and drawer space for the travelers who love to unpack everything! The 2nd bedroom is next in the corridor and it sits a double sized bed, also plenty of hanging wardrobe, shelf with various books for the avid readers.

Further down the corridor behind a door shares 3 spaces, the bathroom with bath tub and a separate shower, the laundry with washing machine and a dryer and lastly the toilet area.
The backyard alfresco is accessed via the 2nd bedroom through a locked glass sliding door where a 6 seater outdoor dining table entertains your family and friends from the gas BBQ , or have fun with some backyard games stashed inside the trunk next to the BBQ. Our garden trees have been meticulously cared for and grown for years to finally produce and our owners do their best to maintain and upkeep these maturing trees. Feel free to help yourself with the fallen and ripe limes and if growing, seasonal oranges, mandarins and pomegranates!

On the left side of the house, behind the gates is a full sized piing pong table with ping pong balls and racquets. Please help us maintain this table and area for other guests to use after yourself, by placing all the balls back into it's bag. =)

Our private pool out the front is maintained throughout the year and ready for you to take a dive or dip anytime you feel like it!

Staying at 3 Hunt Place offers the perfect blend of quiet cul-de-sac living and incredible urban connectivity. Maylands is one of Perth’s most "connected" suburbs, making it a breeze for guests to reach the city, the airport, or the river.

Getting Around
Our home in Maylands is ideally located for guests who want quick access to the best of Perth while staying in a peaceful, residential pocket.

By Train (The Fastest Link)
Maylands Station: A 15-minute walk or a quick 3-minute drive takes you to the Maylands Train Station. From here, you are just three stops (about 7 minutes) from the heart of the Perth CBD.

Airport Line: The new Airport Line is easily accessible from nearby Bayswater Station, whisking you to the terminals in roughly 15 minutes.

By Bus
Guildford Road Routes: A short walk to Guildford Road gives you access to high-frequency bus routes (like the 41, 42, and 55). These buses run straight into the city and are a great alternative to the train.

The 950 "Superbus": Just a short distance away on Beaufort Street, you can catch the 950, which runs every few minutes and connects you to Morley, Mt Lawley, the City, and UWA.

On Foot & Lifestyle
The "Eighth Avenue" Strip: Walk to the famous Maylands cafe strip on Eighth Avenue and Whatley Crescent. It’s packed with quirky boutiques, artisan bakeries, and some of the best brunch spots in Perth.

Riverside Escape: Head in the opposite direction and you’ll find the Bardon Park and the Swan River foreshore. It’s a beautiful spot for a morning walk or a sunset picnic overlooking the water.

Cycling
Maylands is a cyclist’s paradise. The dedicated Principal Shared Path (PSP) runs right along the railway line, providing a safe, flat, and fast route directly into the city or out toward the Swan Valley.

By Car
You are perfectly positioned near major arteries like Guildford Road and Graham Farmer Freeway. You can reach the Perth CBD in 10 minutes and the Swan Valley wine region in 15–20 minutes.

Once your booking is confirmed, you’ll need to complete our pre-arrival checks.

Before check-in, you’ll be required to complete a quick identity verification by uploading your licence or passport. This step ensures security for the property owner, giving them confidence that you are who you say you are—similar to standard hotel check-in procedures.

There is a highchair and standard size port-a-cot available for your use. Clean linen is available in the wardrobe. As we don't charge extra for this, please help us and put used cot sheets in the washing machine and start a cycle before you check out.
