Spacious 2 bedroom, well appointed, self contained guesthouse located in the Perth Hills, just minutes from award winning wineries, cafes, restaurants, walk trails, wildlife, national parks and other delightful attractions including the Perth Observatory and Zig Zag Art Gallery in the beautiful iconic Perth Hills Wine Region.
Conveniently located at the gateway to the beautiful Bickley Valley, 20 minutes away from the airport and 35 minutes from the CBD, it's your hideaway/retreat from the hustle bustle of everyday life. Far enough away to escape, yet not far away from anywhere.
The Guesthouse is detached and to the side of the main house (where the owners reside), and has its own parking and entrance. This allows visitors the full use of the Guesthouse area and privacy with the luxury of the owner being close by should you need anything.

Welcome to “Ping Willows Guesthouse” – this recently renovated guesthouse is set in a great location at the gateway to Kalamunda and the beautiful Bickley Valley - offering a rare advantage of that “country feeling” but still within minutes of all the local amenities.
This 2 bedroomed guesthouse is situated to the side of the main house (where the owners live) and has a separate driveway with designated guest parking, keeping the property totally private – with the luxury of the owners being close by should you need anything!
Open plan lounge/dining area & kitchen offering full oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine. For your comfort there is reverse cycle air conditioning – perfect for those hot sunny days/cool winter nights.
The owners have finished the guesthouse to a very high standard with top quality furnishings throughout.
The main bedroom offers king size bed with quality bedding for your comfort. Large walk-in robe storage area.
2nd bedroom has 2 king single beds with trundles available that can be configured side by side for a super king size bed, also features built in robe and small nook.
The modern bathroom comprises of vanity, wc and full glass shower cubicle with rainhead shower and hand held.
2nd wc off the laundry with washing machine and dryer for your convenience.
The magical outdoor area is a perfect spot to spend your evenings & table for alfresco dining.
Property also features an indoor pool/spa (on arrangement when booking or during your stay).
The property sleeps of 4 comfortably, but can extend to 6 if trundles needed.
All facilities are exclusively for guests use only.
NO SMOKING on the property.
NO PETS allowed.

Ideally located to access the Kalamunda Hills and the stunning Bickley Valley. The perfect spot for hikers, trail riders or visit the many brewery/distillery/vineyard in the region. Keep a watch out for the regions' premier event: The Bickley Valley Harvest Festival which is held on the 1st weekend of May each year. It's the perfect place for outdoor enthusiasts or gourmands to base themselves whilst enjoying all that the region has to offer.
