Mid-western Regional Council rentals with pool

Well appointed, clean with everything you needed (particulary in the kitchen which was much appreciated) We liked the great open living, kitchen dining space for us as a group. The bed arrangement wasn't as per the photos but that was clarified before we arrived. Could do with optional blanket for the bedding. Well located with an easy check in. A great experience all round.

Our family of five stayed for two nights at this property as we were attending our son’s State Championships for Rugby Union held in Mudgee for the weekend. The property was stunning. The welcome we received along with the free taste testing sitting by the fire pit, the decor and finishing touches of the property, the details such as marshmallows given to the kids to toast by the fire were without fault and greatly appreciated. Would absolutely love to stay at the property again and have more time to enjoy the property and surroundings. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again. Beautifully presented property. Owners are meticulous in their attention to detail and care of the house. All bedrooms and bathrooms were spacious and comfortable, and all the beds have electric blankets, which was great as the weather was chilly. Kitchen set up with everything any cook would need. We loved the fact that we could all eat together around the large dining table.Extensive outdoor areas meant the kids could head down to the creek to explore, play cricket and badminton. Sitting around the fire pit after dinner was pretty special too. The city kids were excited to see kangaroos and we were all excited to encounter wombats on our walks and drives. Plenty of board games and jigsaw puzzles to while away the evenings too. This property has something to offer everyone. Annie kept us well informed about the house. Excellent communication. My husband and I loved our stay ay 70 on Mortimer. We stayed in the Black Cockatoo room. It was exactly as shown in the pictures. Beautifully decorated, with a keen attention to details - many extras included to ensure the perfect stay. The accomodation was spotless. The fires made it warm and cosy. It is located on a main street but away from foot traffic/ cars noise and was very quiet at night. The host greeted us upon arrival and ensured we had everything we needed. We were an easy 3 minute stroll into the centre of Mudgee. We would highly recommend this accomodation and will definitely rebook should be return to Mudgee.

The perfect house to relax and unwind for a few days over the winter school holidays with our kids and pets. We read, cooked and enjoyed each other’s company in a tranquil setting. The beds were comfortable, the house was warm and cozy and the garden was just beautiful. We felt happy and well rested after our stay. Thank you!

Very cute & well priced studio in Mudgee, a stone’s throw to great pubs, shops, restaurants & the river. Would love to come back, do another trip & stay here again. Check in/out process smooth & host was communicative.
