The large bedroom and living room approximately 28 sqm. It is furnished with modern IKEA style design with storage bed, large desk, double sofa bed. The apartment was renovated in December 2018 and is equipped with ADSL lan and wifi, certified facilities, Smart TV 4k Samsung 2018 series 7, electric kettle, iron and ironing board, hairdryer.

Great property, although an older building, the interior has been heavily modernized with many helpful additions like AC. Host was very supportive and provided great suggestions and instructions. Recommend to anyone staying in Napoli, it’s close to the Garibaldi station which connects everywhere.

Great Property Manager but the property is old

There were numbers of issues some were Vrbo’s. For example, VRBO did not list the city tax as part of the property rental fees, which we had to pay in cash upon arrival. Not a good way to do business. The apartment is located in a old residential building. We had to pay ten cents to use the elevator every time- not mentioned on the property description. The bathroom had chemical smells, shower was very small and had water drainage issues. We only stayed a few nights but will never use VRBO again as it is clear that VBRO wants customers by not providing complete information. The property manager was excellent and he did provide valuable information.

All the matter in the Mr. Patwary review are unknown, in Naples a lot of Building with elevator have a Little Coin payment. The city tax Is not included in Vrbo rates, but It Is a taxi to City of Naples (like several Tourist cities). I don't understand the value of 2 stars if for the guest the problems are with Vrbo...

L'appartement est agréable avec les plafonds haut donnant du volume. Le voisinage est calme ainsi que la circulation des rues adjacentes. Situé pas très loin de la gare, facilitant les déplacement en direction Pompei, Vesuve, Herculanum. Il est proche de commerces. Les italiens sont très accueillants. Parfait pour quelques jours à Naples

Logement propre et équipé parfaitement (cuisine équipée, machine à laver, linges, TV, WiFi,...) La communication avec Raffaele a été simple et efficace (en français). Aucun problème rencontré durant nos 3 jours. Le placement n'est pas idéal pour les lieux touristiques mais nous avons réussi à nous débrouiller grâce à la gare à moins de 15min.

Loved it!

We loved our stay at this apartment. It has air conditioning, which is very refreshing, and the sleeping arrangements are comfortable. The location is great and in easy walking distance from metro and train stations. The area of the apartment allowed us to get a good feel of the Napoleon culture and lifestyle. Raffaele is also kind, easily reachable, and is a good resource for any questions about what to do in Naples. Would definitely stay here again!
