Three Houses Toledo is located in a strategic position, due to its centrality to the main means of transport, in fact, it is possible to reach the Metro Line 1 Station (Toledo Station) in just 3 minutes on foot, as well as Cumana, Montesanto Funicular, Central Funicular and of Chiaia. The Molo Beverello is easily accessible from where hydrofoils leave for the main islands of the Gulf of Naples (Capri, Ischia, Procida).
Three House Toledo is located on the second floor of a historic building overlooking the main via Francesco Girardi from which you can see the so-called "Spaccanapoli", a road that clearly divides the ancient city between the north and the south with its perfect linearity .
The structure consists of three independent apartments, of approximately 60sqm each, equipped with all possible comforts for a couple but especially for those traveling with the family.
Each apartment has its own peculiarity, recently renovated, finished with accuracy and in a modern style, consisting of two bedrooms, bathroom, equipped with kitchen with all the utensils suitable for short or long stays, two smart TVs, free wifi, air conditioning and balconies, with soundproof windows, which make the apartments full of light.
We will be happy to welcome our guests for a holiday full of charm that only the historic center of Naples can offer thanks to the countless places of interest that the city offers.

We had everything we needed for our stay! Christiana was waiting for us on arrival, helped us choose the nearest parking deck and went over everything at check in. The apartment is in an older building but is fully renovated inside and very safe. It is clean, centrally located and makes walking the city very doable.

Nice apartment with amenities

We had a very comfortable stay in Naples. The VRBO had a lot of little extras we don't typically see - paper towels, laundry soap, shampoo, soap, coffee and plenty of toilet paper. The host was always quick to respond.

The apartment was very clean. The air conditioning was a godsend with the heat. Christiana was awesome, attentive and helpful. However the one disappointment was the check-in it was very quick it felt rushed. Overall a great comfortable stay. Tracie&John

A nice little oasis

the apartment was nice - great for a pit stop as we were traveling from Rome to Positano. Naples, and specifically the Spanish Quarter, is often described as "gritty"... and on the surface that matches. overall, it's safe, but the area wouldn't be mistaken for touristy. I think this is all of Naples - but traffic is crazy

Nice flat

Flat was nice overall but on the second (really third) floor. Elevator cost 0.20 Euro per ride, so be careful if you are not ready to take on the steps. We also were able to hear neighbors in their flats, and the neighborhood was lively through the night. Host was wonderful - very helpful and gave nice restaurant recommendations.

Excellent apartment, well situated but in the sad Spanish quarters

Cristina welcomed us and provided good explanations and information. She was a text away if we needed something.The apartment is well maintained, comfortable and clean. It is a renovated apartment in an older, more decrepit building. It has all the basic facilities, however rather on the minimalist side: not a good apartment to cook and store food for dinner or supper. There is a fridge that can store enough food, but upon leaving the apartment with the keys, the electricity is turned off. We appreciated very much the laundry washing machine, and found enough space to let it dry by air.The apartment is a few short corners from Metro Toledo. However, some people may not feel safe in the Spanish neighbourhood at night.

Fantastico soggiorno in una Napoli inaspettata! Diego è un host eccellente, disponibile e sempre pronto a darti dei consigli. L’appartamento nel cuore dei Quartieri Spagnoli, è un angolo di relax. Nuovo e dotato di ogni confort, si trova a due passi dai più importanti punti di interesse e dai mezzi pubblici di trasporto. Senza dover percorrere lunghi tragitti abbiamo avuto la possibilità di assaggiare i piatti tipici napoletani nelle numerose trattorie che affollano questo quartiere. Vacanza indimenticabile, consiglio questa sistemazione sia a chi viaggia con la propria famiglia che in compagnia di amici!

Siamo stati accolti con molta cordialità e gentilezza.Diego non ci ha fatto mancare nulla ed è stato molto disponibile e anche simpatico. L’appartamento molto curato anche nel dettaglio con arredamento nuovo e funzionale ci è piaciuto molto . E poi si trova in una posizione strategica per raggiungere ogni angolo della città.
