The accommodation is located in a privileged position of the city; lives the tranquility and the silence of a private and residential road a few meters from the historic city center and access to the famous "stones" of Matera, as well as the main tourist services of the city.It is provided the first linen kit and cleaning of the accommodation at the beginning of the stay. However, additional linen changes and cleaning at any time are available as additional paid services. Additional paid service for babysitting and supply of wood for the fireplace. Free reservation for excursions, guided tours and tourist and wellness services. Breakfast is included. An electric relaxing massage chair is included in the free equipment of the apartment. It is recommended the care in the use of the whirlpool and the respect of tools, furniture and everything that is provided in the house in order to ensure a pleasant and comfortable stay. A private outdoor space, garden / paved, for the exclusive use of the apartment, furnished with armchairs and outdoor sofa is available to the house.
