This apartment with a balcony is located in the popular and picturesque resort town of Cala Ratjada.<br>It is fully equipped. Use of the communal pool is included.<br>The apartment impresses with its brightness and tasteful furnishings. The kitchen is a paradise for any amateur chef. Here, you’ll find everything from sharp knives to an oven.<br>In winter, the underfloor heating adds to the cosy atmosphere. In summer, air conditioning in every room ensures comfortable temperatures. The apartment is very centrally located; you can reach most of the beautiful beaches, coves, the harbour, and the promenade of our coastal town on foot. Even during peak season, the immediate surroundings of the apartment remain relatively quiet.<br>Upon key handover, a cleaning fee of €140, as well as the current Ecotasa fee (tourist tax; as of August 2024, €2.20 per person per night), will be collected in cash.

Sehr saubere Ferienwohnung in zentraler Lage. Meist war es kein Problem einen Parkplatz zu finden. Der Pool war ok - wenn nicht herausragend. Die Wohnung war perfekt eingerichtet und hat keine Wünsche offengelassen. Ein Zimmer mit direktem Bad, das andere Zimmer mit Bad auf dem Flur. Kommunikation war super. Gastherme fiel aus, der Verwalter konnte sie nicht zum laufen bringen. Ein Techniker war kurzfristig nicht zu kriegen. Im Hochsommer gibt es schlimmeres. Alles in allem hatten wir einen tollen Aufenthalt in einer tollen Wohnung.Es gab noch offene Fragen/Themen diese wurden aber direkt an den Verwalter kommuniziert. Ich empfehle diese Wohnung.

Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub und haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt.Die Unterkunft ist sehr gut ausgestattet und sauber mit allen erforderlichen Geräten und Einrichtungsgegenständen. Frau Faust hat uns bestens betreut und bei allen Fragen sofort unterstützt. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

TOP Ferienwohnung Cala Ratjada

Diese Ferienwohnung hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen. Geräumig, super ausgestattet und die sauberste Ferienwohnung, die wir bis jetzt hatten. Die Lage war super zentral und für den Mietwagen haben wir immer einen Parkplatz vor der Haustür gefunden. Wir können die Ferienwohnung nur empfehlen!
