The fully WiFi-enabled layout comprises of a spacious living room with rustic open fireplace and flat screen TV with DVD player, alongside a charming separate dining room. The fully-equipped kitchen features a drip coffee machine, dishwasher, electric kettle, microwave, oven, toaster, freezer, fridge, and induction hob.
The sleeping accommodation is equally well-presented and generous in size; with 4 flexible en-suite bedrooms to relax in. A master double en-suite bedroom and twin joinable en-suite bedroom are accompanied by a 3rd single en-suite bedroom and a 4th family en-suite room, with bunk beds and single bed.
Ski storage and a private garage offer extra convenience. The timeless historical farmhouse also benefits from a sunny shared garden.
By renting an additional ground floor apartment in the same residence, known as ‘Chalet du Croz RJ’- ID 3301, groups of up to 16 can be accommodated in one location (subject to availability); for maximum freedom and flexibility whilst away!

The Les Grands Montets ski school and slopes are just 6 minutes’ drive away. The buzzing amenities and ski facilities of Chamonix town are 16 minutes’ drive away.

Chalet Du Croz 1er
We enjoyed our stay, Les Frasserands is a lovely place and the chalet could absolutely be perfect with a minimum of maintenance and care.
We found rat poison under an armchair in the sitting room and we had to ask you to come and repair the wooden rail of the balcony which was just falling appart. That could generate a big danger especially for our 4 years old granddaughter 😡
We did appreciate that your technicians came on the same day to repair. But clearly the owner is responsible for a potential danger and should do some something...
We look forward to staying again in the area next year.
