You can Huckleberry pick within 5 minutes, you can visit Prichard and Murray and their historic locations and amenities. 18 miles from Historic Wallace, Idaho. This is a trailer house located on 1/2 acre of land, our family utilizes it as a second home but has many weekends that we cannot use it and want to share it with you. The BEST of all worlds - outdoor cooking island includes BBQ, propane fire pit, and a "Tony Stewart/Elvis" terrace for sitting fireside with all your friends. The property was perfect for a hunting trip Four of us did. Great location on river, close to food and gas. House had all the little things you need and was comfortable
We had an absolutely amazing time at the Hull 1/2 acre. It had plenty of space and everything we needed to enjoy ourselves. Great place for a family get away or vacation retreat! We will be back…
We had a great stay at this property and only ranked the description of the property less than 5 stars because it and the photos didn't really do it justice. This is a spacious home with four bedrooms, each with a queen bed. Everything was set up to make us feel welcome and even pampered. The location right on the river is outstanding, with great outdoor amenities. No cell service or WiFi was fine as it allowed us to more properly appreciate the beauty and recreational opportunities. Communication with the owner was flawless. There is Dish TV if you want it, and a selection of movies, if you're interested. We had a blast floating the river, which is a hugely popular activity on the Coeur d'Alene River and our one fisherman had success right near the property. Though a somewhat remote area, there are restaurants and convenience store-type facilities nearby. Thanks for being so welcoming and accommodating.
The property is just as advertised. Right on the river. Great views of the river and the mountains. Great for sitting around the fire pit and listening to the water going by. Spent New Years Eve with about a foot of snow. Highly recommend for anyone wanting to visit the outdoors.
The outdoor facilities and river are nothing short of amazing. The house is an older modular home and the furnishings are dated, but that is not the point. It is way off the beaten path (no cell reception, no internet, again not really the point in going) but if you love wildlife, great fishing, and solitude. Family fun is what you will get.
Dealing with Marcy was great. She was very informative and represented the property well. The location of the property is fantastic. The outside amenities are amazing. One suggestion for improvement would be to improve the smell of the house. The smell of mothballs was a bit overwhelming. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay greatly.
Enjoyed our stay - thunderstorms and all! Marcy was very helpful throughout.
Large property, older, but clean.
