We had a great vacation to NMB. The condo was just as pictured. Beautiful balcony and view of the ocean. Nice location, close to everything. The pool area was a bit small and crowded during our stay.

This is an awesome location. Close to bars, restaurant, and stores. Many are within walking distance which is nice. The Mar Vista has a resort vibe to it with its Tiki Bar and music playing in the pool area. Our unit was great and the owners responsive to any questions we had. Great experience!

Beautiful, well appointed condo in very safe/clean/quiet building. Booking and check-in/out process were seamless, which is always appreciated. Views from the balcony were spectacular! We would definitely stay here again.

Great Unit

We had a wonderful week in this unit. It was beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The owners were genuinely interested in us having a good vacation and stayed in contact throughout the week. We found Mar Vista to be very upscale in every aspect. We will definitely be coming back.

Wonderful family spot!

We stayed here for a week for our annual family trip which consisted of 6 adults, 2 toddlers and an infant and it was a fantastic fit for our family! The check-in process couldn't have been easier and communication with the property owner and contacts was great. I would definitely come back to this property in the future!

The condo was roomy, nicely decorated and the balcony had plenty of comfortable seating. The view was perfect! Loved having 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Everything we needed outside the condo was close by. North Myrtle Beach so much better than the south end. Would stay there again!!

Family Reunion

I booked this so my mom and her sister could sit on the porch and see the ocean. My mom passed away unexpectedly before we came down. This condo is perfect for families who want to be on the beach or just at the beach. It was beautifully decorated and comfortable! Covered outdoor pool and hot tub were great for those who burn.

Amazing complex

This was our third year staying at MarVista and our second time staying in this condo. It's just as beautiful as the pics. It was very clean and host was very responsive. Check in and out process was seamless. Beautiful view of the beach. We love this place!

Beautiful condo and resort

We had a wonderful stay and Chad was so gracious in answering all of our questions (we had a lot as it was our first time renting from a private owner). It was extremely clean and as beautifully decorated as the photos showed. We loved Mar Vista Grande and its amenities as well—it is clean and appears well maintained. I don’t think we’ll ever stay anywhere else when vacationing in North Myrtle Beach.

Our stay

Our vacation in this condo was fantastic. The only thing I would say negative would be regarding the thermostat. It’s appeared to be a Nest thermostat and we had issues with ours at home. When it doesn’t sense movement the thermostat temperature increases. So every time we left and came back the thermostat would be set on 75-76. So the condo would be warm. Although it didn’t take long to come to cooler temperature it was a pain to have to turn down the thermostat every time we left the condo. Owners/management was quick to respond to any questions or concerns we had while were there.

I had a great time staying at Blue Haven-Luxuriously Appointed Ocean Front Condo. The property was very clean, there was a great view of the ocean and the property manager was very responsive if I had any concerns. Will definitely be staying here again!

Why they chose this property

Simply put, there is not a nicer building in North Myrtle Beach. We are not into the crowds and chaos you find at larger resort type properties and we appreciate the family oriented feel of Mar Vista Grande.

Walk to Main Street or take a short car ride down to Barefoot Landing. There are also eco tours available if you prefer to go kayaking through the ICW!
