The bathrooms and kitchen have been totally renovated. The private balcony is accessible from the Living Room and Main Bedroom. This unit is high, on the 10th floor with amazing ocean and beach views. The unit has many upscale features including granite counter tops in the kitchen and baths, full kitchen, flat screen TVs, and crown molding. The entire condo has been upgraded with LVP flooring.

Go ahead, indulge yourself by relaxing on balcony chairs overlooking the gorgeous dunes and vast Atlantic Ocean. The view is breathtaking, and the sound of the ocean waves is serene and relaxing with amazing sunrises. This is a great vacation resort for an active family.

The condo was beautiful with an amazing view. Great location away from the “commercial” areas. The only negatives were the sheets were a little scratchy and the balcony chairs need seat cushions. Other than that, all was great.

One of the Best in Myrtle Beach!
From booking to check out, the entire experience has been beyond every expectations. The hosts are communicable and accommodating. A few days into the stay, the condo changed the security code to get into the garage/building and Navin was apologetic and quick to get us the updated code (within minutes of texting him). We didn’t need anything from the hosts beyond this, but we felt they were always available if we did. The unit is BEAUTIFUL and supremely clean, updated, and spacious! It has everything you need and more (washer and dryer, large balcony, and it even had things like cleaning products and salt and pepper :) ). Our two families slept comfortably and still felt like we had the privacy we needed with its 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. It is in a perfect location (close to many restaurants, shops, attractions) and the pools/amenities are top notch- regularly cleaned and many pool options that you could avoid it being too crowded (indoor and outdoor pool, indoor and outdoor hot tub, lazy river, child splash area). We loved the convenient poolside tiki hut bar which served drinks and some food options. We’ve been vacationing in Myrtle Beach for years now and this has been our best experience by far. 110% recommend! I can’t think of a single thing I would change about this unit. We look forward to booking again next year!

Excellent Stay!
I recently had the pleasure of staying at an oceanfront condo and I cannot say enough good things about my experience. From the moment I arrived, the stunning views of the ocean took my breath away. The condo was beautifully decorated and had all the amenities I could ask for. The location was perfect. I loved waking up to the sound of the waves crashing against the shore and watching the sunrise from my balcony. The condo itself was spacious, clean, and well-maintained. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything I needed to cook meals, and the living room was cozy and comfortable. The bedrooms were also very comfortable, and we loved all of the extra soft throws provided. Overall, my stay at the oceanfront condo was truly exceptional. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and luxurious beach getaway. I can't wait to return!

This condo is amazing! It is extremely clean, beautifully decorated, in a great location and has everything you need. The view is amazing from the huge balcony. The pools were all clean and the building is very well taken care of. We enjoyed walking to get ice cream at Melts!! Thank you for allowing us to use your beautiful condo. We’ll definitely be back!!

My mom, sister and I like to take a girls’ trip every year and this year we chose a location with a lot of memories for us, North Myrtle Beach. The Mar Vista condo was clean, tastefully decorated, and spacious. We loved the balcony and the oceanfront view to watch the sunrise. The building itself was very well maintained and always smelled clean. Being able to unload right at the front door was also very helpful. The owners always responded quickly and all instructions were clear and helpful. We would definitely choose this condo again for a future trip.

The Mar Vista Grande is an excellent choice for a N. Myrtle beach vacation. Although most units in the building are well maintained, unit 1008 stands out. The owners, obviously, take a great deal of pride in their unit, which has new appliances and updated bathrooms. Communication from the owners was outstanding and check in and check out were simple. The owners clearly understand what a relaxing beach vacation is supposed to be. I would highly recommend this rental to anyone looking to stay in N. Myrtle Beach.

Very nice property and well maintained. Would love access to the storage locker for additional beach toys, chairs, etc. as well as allowing us to store our chairs and toys for the week as well. Other than this it was a great property! Thank you so much for a great vacation!

Amazing Experience!
We had an amazing time staying in this unit within a wonderful resort! The condo was super clean and fully renovated. We loved our view from the balcony and how spacious the condo was. We would definitely return! The resort was perfect. Not too crowded and perfectly located! Overall, this was the best vacation we had at myrtle beach and would fully recommend!

We were very pleased with the condo. Loved the balcony! It was at least partially in the shade all day. Very clean. Kitchen well equipped. Beds and furniture very comfortable. Full size washer and dryer. Pest control came to spray condo one day without prior notice. Security guard was rude on one occasion when gate did not respond to code on first try. Both of those events were HOA issues. Would definitely recommend and would stay there again.

We’ll be back!
We booked last minute when our stay in Florida was cancelled due to Hurricane Ian. Communication with the host was seamless and they even provided us a pack n play last minute. The property is beautiful and has everything you need. We will definitely be booking again.

This place was very clean and nicely decorated. The beds were comfortable and we slept well. The kitchen is fully equipped minus a coffee maker but there was a keurig which we didn’t mind and made clean up easier. All of the appliances and TVs were very nicely kept and looked new. The bathrooms were nice, especially the master which has a great shower system. The property manager responded immediately when I had any questions and even contacted me right away when she saw that we’d forgotten something. We hadn’t gone far and she met us at the condo building to give it to us. The balcony is so nice and one side is big enough for a really nice table and chairs that we enjoyed every day. Love this place! Will book again for sure!

Great condo, great owner & property manager!
My husband, myself, and my two children, ages 20 and 15+ a friend for each of them, just returned home from our stay in Myrtle Beach. The condo is exactly as pictured. It is very well-maintained. The new washer and dryer was wonderful to have as we have stayed in condos in the past where the dryer needed to be run three times before the wash was actually dry, but not here! We had a couple questions upon arrival and they were answered very promptly – both the condo owner and property manager were great to deal with. The condo has everything you will need – we made most of our meals at the condo and found everything we needed. We have stayed at this resort in the past, but in a different unit. We loved the resort but didn’t care for the condo we stayed at previously. We wanted to give the resort another try. This is definitely the condo to rent!!

Mar Vista Grand has everything my family loves. For our kids, it has beautiful indoor and outdoor pools, hot tubs, and lazy river. For my husband, the golf course is just a few miles down the road. For myself, it has direct ocean access and I love waking up and enjoying the sunrise over the ocean from the balcony, sipping on a beautiful cup of tea.

North Myrtle Beach is one of the nicest places to come on vacation or business trip. Its easy access from the airport or driving in makes for a great family experience. The proximity to many local restaurants and amenities gives you the luxury feel of staying in a hotel with the privacy of a personal home.
