This apartment is located in the best area of "La Rambla", the most known and cosmopolitan boulevard of Barcelona. It is just a few meters from Plaça Catalunya and most emblematic sights of the city.
At a stone’s throw you will find the Boqueria Market, Grand Theater of Liceu, as well as the Gothic Quarter. Located right in the middle of the old town, you can stroll through the Medieval looking streets until you reach the harbour and will be astounded by the exclusive boats you will see there. Passed the harbour, you will find the Barceloneta neighborhood. In this area there are many great seafood restaurants, tapas bars and of course the beach of Barcelona! Make sure to enjoy a cocktail on one of the many exclusive terraces next to the boulevard.
When going to the other direction coming out of the apartment building, you will find Passeig de Gràcia, la Rambla de Catalunya and the Eixample Quarter with a huge range of exclusive shops , and two of the most well-known buildings in the world by the famous architect Antoni Gaudí: the Batlló House and Milà House, also known as La Pedrera.

We highly recommend to move around walking and using public transportation, as downtown isn't the best place to park a car. If you rent a scooter, though, you will manage just perfect!

Barcelona airport: Barcelona's airport is located 16 kilometers away, about 20-25 minutes from the flat. Use the AeroBus for best convenience.

- Utility fees are paid separately from the Rental Price. They have a cost of 6€ per day for 2 persons and 2€ extra for any extra person (if allowed).

The utility fees are not included in the price. It has a cost of 6€ /day for 1 and 2 people, for any extra person (if allowed) this is 2€ extra per day. These fees will be paid directly to the rental agency.
According to the Spanish law a contract between the lessor and lessee is required for your stay. We kindly ask you to pass by our office to sign this contract after you have settled in the apartament, and within the first 48 hours of your stay.
