Fantastic rental

Close to everything in Barcelona! A convenient mini mart right next door. Our host was great and even explained how to work the washing machine, because we couldn’t figure it out.

Excellent Location

We enjoyed our stay very much. The apartment is centrally located next to many must see Barcelona attractions. Easy access to restaurants and several markets. Communication was good and the check in and out process was easy. I will repeat a comment made on another review that there is the smell of sewer present, we kept the restroom doors closed and it was tolerable.

Perfect Apt for Barcelona

The Apt fit all our needs, wonderful neighborhood, walkable to sites , great restaurants , Very comfortable beds and a quite upscale neighborhood. It was very nicely appointed with everything we needed for our week stay . Monica even left us some essentials in the refrigerator which was a really nice touch . Great location for easy travel

We were thrilled that the apartment was so perfectly fitted our needs. It was large and comfortable for 6 adults. The location made walking to some sites very easy and the number of cabs available right out the door made the rest accessible. The communications between us and our hostess were easy to maintain. We really loved the apartment and the neighborhood!

Central location close to Ramblas

This apartment is perfectly located in Barcelona. It's a short walk to the upper section of the Ramblas (mostly a pedestrian street with lots of shops and cafes). It is also close to two different metro lines. Monica was great to work with and made staying there so easy. I would recommend staying at this apartment if you want two bathrooms, plenty of room to spread out and to stay in the heart of Barcelona.

Great location, fabulous apartment

We stayed for a week in this lovely apartment. It's central for everything in the city. It is very spacious, comfortable and well equipped. Monica the owner was really friendly, met us at the apartment to check us in and answered all our questions. The apartment has great air-conditioning in every room. I'd recommend this apartment to any family. We'll hopefully stay again soon as our son lives in Barcelona and we'll come with other family members.

Wonderful service, spacious apartment with amenities.

Monica was so welcoming and communicative. She filled our refrigerator with gluten free items for our celiac family. The apartment is is a safe and beautiful part of the city. The terrace overlooking courtyard is a quiet respite. There were some issues with the air conditioning but Monica had it fixed quickly.

Perfect Girls Trip!

Despite some flight delays for half of the group the trip was awesome and this apartment only made it better! Perfect location to walk everywhere! We only took a taxi a couple of times. There were plenty of beds for everyone to have their own. Monica is very nice and helpful. The groceries really helped on time and the perfect amount. Everything was clean and comfortable. We will definitely book this apartment when we come back to Barcelona.

Beautiful Barcelona

Wonderful apartment in the best neighborhood! Owner made us very welcome, with little extras, such as nougat waiting for us, as well as recommendations of what to do, where to go, places to eat. Monica is fabulous! Little amenities. Such as laundry detergent, extra towels - lots of things that make a visit to another country feel much more comfortable. Eleven on a scale of 10!

Barcelona Dream Flat

The unit is uniquely located and accessible to metro and other landmarks in Barcelona. There are many local bars and restaurants at your disposal. It was spacious, clean and fully equipped. I mean the host even places international electrical charges for our convenience. She offered to stock our kitchen at a very reasonable price and all of the groceries were perfectly selected and delicious. Of course, she asked for any suggestions and add ons prior to our arrival. Our host also offered great restaurant suggestions like Las Flautas which is simply the best and most creative tapas we have ever had. I would highly recommend this property for anyone who would like comfort, location and cleanliness.

Superior Host in Barcelona

This property is owned by a very caring, knowing woman. She personally met us after hours to let us in. She had stocked the refrigerator with milk, orange juice and water. Coffee and sugar were also available. And to sweeten the deal, she left us with two boxes of nougat! The apartment is well stocked with linens, towels and paper products. There are many games for children and suggestions and recommendations for adults for places to go, things to do and see as well as maps how to get there. Between the apartment itself and the owner's service and assistance, this is an outstanding rental.

Wonderful place, great location

My family of 4 stayed here for 2 weeks. The place was perfect. Monica was great at communicating with us before our arrival and tracking our delayed flight so that check in was fast. The apartment is located in a great area of the city. Close to many restaurants and attractions. It is very safe to walk at all hours. There are also metro and train stations very close. A small market right downstairs and a great coffee shop 2 min walk away. The apartment was very spacious with more room than we needed. It is a long apartment, you come in in the middle with 3 bedrooms to the left, the bathrooms, kitchen, 4t bedroom and living room indoor patio room all to the right. This makes it really nice for multiple families or friends as the bedrooms are very quiet even if others want to stay up late or wake up early. The kitchen was well stocked, although we never really cooked. Monica set us up with coffee, tea, cheeses, eggs, milk and snacks (extra grocery package option), which was nice for our late arrival. The apartment was clean, laundry was a plus (soap provided). We would definitely stay her again and highly recommend. The bonus was on our last day the Barcelona FC parade when right by the apartment, giving us a VIP view of the league champs.

Monica's apartment is very nice, large and comfortable rooms. It was nice to have the laundry washer and dryer during our stay. The fluctuating water temperatures in the shower was very frustrating. Monica did her best to address this, but it just is a matter is waiting a while for water to adjust. The apartment is quite near Casa Battlo and Casa Milo, as well as near the subway, which was convenient.

Big Apartment

The apartment was great and the location was ideal being close enough to everything but a little out of the real busy areas. Commutation with Monica was very good and having the washer and dryer was a real bonus. The only small issue we had was regulating the temperature in the showers as it seemed to go from very cold to very hot.

We had a great stay at this apartment in Barcelona. The location is great- so close to shopping and many restaurants, there are also taxis readily available in this neighborhood as well, super convenient. Our only issue was the hot water was never consistent in the showers, but this was minor. The apartment is huge and gives so much space to spread out, 7 can sleep comfortably but the 2 bathrooms would be tight with that many people in my opinion. The building is very quiet as well. There is a mini mart on the ground floor next door, super easy to pick up waters/snacks etc.... Thank you!

Fantastic Barcelona Visit and Perfect Location

We all had a great time here. The apartment was large enough to accommodate us and was ideally located. Many nice restaurants and so many great things to explore in the beautiful city of Barcelona. One of the best places I have visited. Monica was the best of hosts. We had a few minor questions and issues and she was able to help with everything very quickly. Great Vacation - Perfect Location

Apartment was great and located in the heart of everything. We were able to walk everywhere and hit all the great highlights of Barcelona. Gluten free bakery across the street was an added bonus. Really enjoyed sitting on the patio with its wide windows. Would definitely stay again if we return to Barcelona.

Great location and very large nice property

This was our first time in Spain and the first place that we stayed. It was a great location very close to the metro but quiet. The layout is very nice with a comfortable sun room. Our only complaint is that we could not get the shower temperature quite right - it was either very hot or cold so there might be a trick to it but we were too busy enjoying the city during the day to even ask about it.
