Brand new modern 3-bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment located steps away from Picasso's birthplace, the famous Plaza de la Merced.



The first bedroom features a large double bed with en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower.



The second bedroom features a large double bed.



The third bedroom features two single beds.



All the bedrooms have plenty of closet space.

Wonderful place!

The apartment was very nice! We had five people and were quite comfortable. The location is incredible! While the neighborhood is often loud at night, the windows help shut out the noise, and some earplugs or a sound machine can also help. We would definitely stay here again.

Solaga is an excellent company to deal with. It is our automatic choice for the whole family. The staff are very welcoming and always ready to help and advise. Just returned after spending a week in Merced III. Our daughter is staying there in November and we are back again in December. Home from home.

The new check in procedure. The space and facilities. Fresh white towels. The water pressure in the bath shower is too low. Loud noise in the early hours of the morning from the side street night club interrupts .

Overall we loved it and would book again.

Damien met us at the property to hand over the keys and explained the facilities. He was also helpful in suggesting places of interest and places to eat. The location really suited us - we were very close to bars, restaurants and supermarkets. There were 6 of us and the apartment was specious enough and the beds were really comfortable. There was a lift available if required.

The apartment is very central, located in a beautiful part of the old town. Despite having lots of bars and restaurants in the immediate vicinity, the apartment is surprisingly quiet and peaceful. The Picasso Museum is 2 minutes walk, the main square and Cathedral about 5 minutes. The apartment is renovated to a high standard. It is very clean and nicely furnished.

We loved this apartment

Beautiful 3 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment. Nicely updated. Comfortable beds. Great location. Dozens of restaurants within 1 block. If we find ourselves back in Malaga, this is the apartment to go back to. It is noisy at night with all the people and restaurants. For the most part the new windows and doors keep the noise out but for thise who are sensitive, a white noise machine would be a good bet.
