Brand new modern 3-bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment located steps away from Picasso's birthplace, the famous Plaza de la Merced.



The first bedroom features a large double bed with en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower.



The second bedroom features a large double bed.



The third bedroom features two single beds.



All the bedrooms have plenty of closet space.



At the end of the corridor you will find a large bathroom with double sinks and a shower over tub.



The independent kitchen is equipped with high-end appliances including a washer, dryer, oven and microwaves.

Summer in Malaga

We decided to bring our niece and nephew to Malaga for 2 weeks. We were extremely pleased to find an excellent place to stay. Our accommodations were excellent, clean, and spacious. Located a 15 min walk from the beach and all major sites in old town. Solaga was an excellent host and accommodated our every need. Highly recommend.

The apartment we booked includes three bedrooms and two full bathrooms. This layout is very comfortable for our party of five, including a young child. The location of the property is within walking distance to grocery stores, excellent coffee shops, and superb dining options. There is even an Arabic bathhouse nearby if you need a spa treatment. Overall we enjoyed our stay and hope to rebook for the future trips.

The apartment is located in the city center. Amazing restaurants right at your doorstep and you’re close to Malaga’s night life. The place is clean and equipped with all that we needed. The host was friendly and set us up nicely. Would definitely recommend this place. The big bedroom doesn’t get as much AC as the others. Not sure if that can be fixed somehow.

Unit was more dated than the pictures indicated. The couch was very poor, the ends felt like they could fall out if pushed and the end seats were very soft and uncomfortable. Other than that the kitchen was very adequate and the dining room chairs comfortable. The location was outstanding, right in old town, restaurants, bars, tapas and shops all within walking distance. The downside to the location was the noise at night, some nights until the wee hours of the morning, like 1-2 am. It served our needs satisfactorily with pluses and minuses for 6 nights.

Good Central location but a tad noisy in the main bedroom as two nightclubs below. Other than that a nice property in the middle of everything. Just ensure your taxi driver drops you outside as ours dropped us in the square due to one way system and it was a bit of a faf finding it even when it was only 60m away.

Very well appointed apartment, nicely decorated and fully fitted kitchen with everything you could need . Close to main tourist points and lively nightlife, into the early hours at weekends. Good restaurants right outside your door serving food late. A clothes airer would have been helpful - not everything can go in a tumble drier. Extra set of towels .

Beautiful, comfortable apartment in a fabulous location!

The apartment was beautiful and made a great impression as soon as we walked in. It's clean, comfortable, well decorated with everything you need. It is within walking distance of local amenities, shops, historic buildings, great restaurants and bars, the port and the beach. It's locality means that sometimes there is noise from the bars late into the evenings so be aware. Maybe warn people who want to book this apartment about the potential noise which can go on until 1 or 2am on some nights

The electric window blind in the living area was missing which created a privacy issue. There was a fusty smell in the kitchen area which we had never experienced before. There was more loud noise coming from the surrounding area during the early hours of the morning than on previous visits which interrupted our . I appreciate that the noise level might be an issue beyond your control.

La propiedad esta bien situada y limpiia, en cuanto a equipamiiento deja que desear con vajilla muy desgastada, sarten desgastado, pedi desde que llegue que enviaran otro y nunca fue asi [pedi lunes y sali viernes]. No pudimos cocinar porque solo habia ese sarten, que se desprendia ya el teflon. La lavadora tenia ropa sucia [se entiende el descuido] la comunicacion no es la mejor, contestan cuando quieren y siempre dicen que tienen muchas entregas o que recibir pisos. Esta bien en general, pero si pago un piso de calidad quisiera que fuera asi y poder hacer un desayuno a mis hijos
