Detached house on one floor with an accessible attic, surface area of 150 square meters with a garden of 350 square meters. The location allows absolute relaxation in the shade of pine trees, with silence and all desirable comforts, such as outdoor hot / cold shower, large roof, communicating with the kitchen, ideal place for summer lunches and dinners. The beach is just a few minutes walk away and is accessible for the most part free (about 9 km) and for various bathing establishments. You can walk along the lagoon or cycling along the cycle paths that lead to Orbetello or Porto Ercole or Porto S. Stephen. The kitchen is equipped with all useful appliances, including dishwasher, microwave, etc. .. The systems provide heating for the cool seasons and conditioning of the whole house for the hottest days. Double mattress in memory.
