For shared use: swimming pool (seasonal availability: 01.Jun. - 30.Sep.). Pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. Private: garden (fenced) with lawn and flowers. 100 m long narrow motor access to the house. Parking (for 2 cars) at the house. Shop 1.5 km, supermarket 1.4 km, restaurant 1.5 km, bar 1.5 km, sandy beach "Giannella" 7 km. Marina 2.5 km, golf course (18 hole) 10 km, riding stable 20 km, walking paths from the house 850 m. Nearby attractions: Porto Ercole 14 km, Orbetello 12 km, Feniglia 24 km, Capalbio 37 km, Talamone 27 km. Hiking paths: Oasi WWF Naturale di Orbetello 20 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected.

Beautiful family villa, pool and sea view

Brilliant space for our extended family to stay, lovely outdoor dining and beautiful views. Lots of coves and beaches to explore, great snorkelling, and lovely town!
