Stunning Majorcan villa on the coast with pool and wifi

Located on the peaceful and renowned area of Costa de los Pinos, with direct access to a small cove just 70 mts from the property and just a short walk from the beaches of Es Ribell and Sa Marjal, this stunning Majorcan villa with swimming pool and a splendid garden is the ideal place for a holiday away from mass tourism, in one of the most placid retreats on the island.

Behind the splendid gates that give access to the property, guests will discover the wonderful garden with a koi pond, a fabulous swimming-pool with an array of water streams that can be switched on at their pleasure, an ample terrace with a large outdoor sofa, and a fantastic pavilion with its own TV, full bathroom, kitchen and pantry.

Inside the main building, the house comprises 5 bedrooms -all of them equipped with A/C and with modern ceiling fans with remote control- and 3 more bathrooms, one of them with a hydrotherapy tub. The cozy living room has a fireplace and a big flat-screen TV with satellite channels, and so does the ample dining room next to the kitchen. Wi-Fi Internet access is available throughout the house.

The villa is set on the residential area of Costa dels Pins (Pine Tree Coast), in the municipality of Son Servera, on the east coast of Mallorca. With 4 golf courses in the vicinity, numerous beaches and easy access to beautiful cycling routes, guests of all ages can enjoy a number of sports and leisure activities in the area, while also getting to know the most traditional side of rural Mallorca through the markets, town fairs and landmarks spread all along the coast, such as the Capdepera Castle or the Caves of Artà.

Renting a car is recommended as it provides a more comfortable and convenient way to move around the island (the house has its own garage and plenty of space to park more than one car inside the property). Costa dels Pins is a 55-minute drive from the airport in Palma. Bus line A42 connects the airport to the neighbouring village of Cala Bona, where there’s bus and taxi services that can be used to reach the house in a few minutes. Bus line 412 connects Costa dels Pins to Palma’s city centre. Son Servera’s tourist train is also an alternative to visit nearby villages along the coast such as Cala Bona and Cala Millor. Please consider that the frequency and availability of public transportation can be limited, especially outside the high-season.
