VILLA SHAMBHALA in Vallcanera
Shambhala is a modern and spacious 240m2 villa with a large garden and private pool. The house is located in a quiet urbanization in the small municipality of Sils (Girona) where you will find shops, restaurants, bars as well as the wonderful Natural Park dels Estanys de Sils (Nature Reserve for its Lake, flora and fauna). Just 20 minutes by car, you can enjoy beautiful beaches such as Lloret de Mar or Blanes. Just 10 minutes by car from La Vila you will find one of the best golf courses in Spain, PGA Catalunya as well as the famous thermal spa Vichi Catalan, in Caldes de Malavella.
The house has a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, 3 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, one with a bath and shower and the other with a shower. On the upper floor you will find an open room with 1 double bed. The design of the villa is modern and functional. From inside the house you can access the garage where you will find a games room with a billiards.
Outside you will find a large garden with lawn, the private pool consists of lovely Roman stairs, as well as a comfortable terrace where you can eat outdoors and enjoy the barbecue. This holiday home is suitable for families with children because of its large design and garden.
