Pretty villa on two levels, with a large fenced garden located in the fortresses of civitella (Teramo) at 590 s. L.M. overlooking Gemelli Mountains, 10 km from the Gran Sasso / Monti della Laga National Park, 35 km from the Adriatic Sea,
The Villa has a large living room with kitchen, large dining table with 8 seats, 2 double bedrooms 1 bedroom with cot, 2 bathrooms. External porch that leads into the garden, 2 comfortable private car seats inside the villa. it is equipped with complete furniture and complete kitchen equipment, washing machine, microwave oven. In the area there is an excellent restaurant where you can taste the specialties of traditional Abruzzese cuisine. At about 3/4 KM from the Villa there are all the main shops: Supermarket, Bar, Take-away Food, Bakery, Pharmacy, Bank with ATM, Petrol pump, Mechanical Workshop Outdoor pool.
At about 35 minutes drive, there is the Adriatic Coast with numerous seaside resorts: Alba Adriatica. Giulianova, Tortoreto, S. Benedetto del Tronto.
