Soggiorno da sogno

Posto incantevole immersi nella natura in un contesto da sogno fuori dal caos cittadino , tutto ciò che si può sperare di avere dopo un anno di intenso lavoro . La casa è dotata di tutti i confort , spaziosa e ben curata . Il proprietario , Alessandro , una persona speciale , super disponibile ed educato . Consiglio vivamente a tutti questo incantevole !!!

Tolles Haus in schöner Umgebung

Wer ein schönes Haus in ruhiger Umgebung sucht und dennoch in 15 min. im Supermarkt oder am Strand sein möchte, ist hier genau richtig. Eingezäunter Garten mit Grill und wunderbarem Landschaftsblick. Fussläufig eine Bar mit Terrasse und Meerblick. Sehr freundliche Umgebung.

Se vi piacciono vacanze rilassanti e lontano dal rumore e dalla movida vacanziera è il posto ideale e questo è quello che noi cercavamo. Ottimo punto d'appoggio per girare l'Abruzzo che merita di essere visitato e nel contempo non distante dal mare per chi ama la vita da spiaggia. Casa corrispondente a quanto scritto nell'annuncio dotata di tutto il necessario e proprietario e collaboratrice disponibili e cortesi.

la casa è posizionata in antico borgo tranquillo nel entroterra a pochi minuti di auto dalla spiagge di Giulianova e con una bellissima vista sulla catena del Gran Sasso. La sera si può cenare al aperto sulla terrazza con lo spettacolo del tramonto. Casa fornita di ogni confort e Alessandro è stato disponibilissimo per ogni richiesta o info. Speriamo di tornarci.

Perfect place for holidays in Abruzzo

This place is very nice and charming, the garden is a little paradise. The house is equipped with everything you need. It is located in the hills close to the sea, in a charming village with very friendly people. Alessandro was nice and helpful in every way. Thank you again, it was a very pleasant stay!

Traumhafter Blick mit Sonnenuntergang

Wir haben 2 wunderschöne Wochen in diesem liebenswerten Haus verbracht. Die Lage und der Blick auf den Gran Sasso sind fantastisch. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und unkompliziert. Alles war sehr sauber und gemütlich. Sehr zu empfehlen!

Knus en mooi gelegen

Een leuke woning op de top van een berg. Aan de rand van een binnenplein. Vanuit de tuin een prachtig uitzicht op de verschillende dorpen en de bergen. Met mooi helder weer tot wel 50 km ver.

Bella casa!

Sette adulti comodamente alloggiati in questa accogliente casa. Tutto è molto meglio che in foto! Bella vista, giardino curato! È possibile preparare i pasti sul barbecue e cenare all'aperto. Posizione della casa è conveniente per esplorare la le Marche e l'Abruzzo, e prima di raggiungere il mare a 5 minuti. A soli pochi passi fino al bar e ristorante. Nessun problema di parcheggio. Il nostro volo da Mosca e la strada da Roma è stato molto lungo e non abbiamo avuto il di tempo per cenare. Siamo rimasti sorpresi che la casa ha un sacco di cibo e vino per noi! I bagni hanno anche tutto il necessario e di più. La ringrazio molto Agostina e la sua famiglia per la calorosa accoglienza! Ci rammarichiamo solo una cosa che la nostra vacanza è andato molto in fretta ...

Fijne ruime woning met terras, tuin en openhaard

Wij hebben een heerlijke vakantie gehad in Montone. Het huis ligt aan een rustig plein waar de kinderen kunnen spelen. Vanuit de tuin heb je prachtig uitzicht op de bergen. Het huis was ruim genoeg voor ons 5-en, met espressobar op loopafstand. Verder is Montone een vrij rustig dorpje. Ook zijn we zeer gastvrij ontvangen door de eigenaren. Bij aankomst stond een goede fles lokale wijn voor ons klaar, met een lekkere kaas. Op 1 mei kwam de moeder langs met een speciaal gerecht wat ze in Italië eten op 1 mei.. Erg lief en bijzonder! Zeker een aanrader en veel leuke dagtochten op rijafstand.

Nice house with garden, fireplace and great views

Met 2 volwassenen en 3 kids was dit huis prima voor ons. Tuin en terras zijn prima en de kinderen konden ook spelen op het pleintje voor de deur. Verder zijn we zeer gastvrij ontvangen met een mooie fles rode wijn en een heerlijk stuk kaas!
