3rd floor apartment, 100sqm in the center of Athens (4km from Parthenon and Acropolis museum. Bright, modern, renovated, fully equipped and safe. Ideal for couples, business and family. Located in a very quiet neighborhood next to Kanari with a lot of shops (coffeeshops, supermarket, banks, restaurants), taxi and bus station.
Modern decoration with minimal elements. Ideal for relaxation. The kitchen is fully equipped with the latest technology. There is a dining table for 6 persons, there is a big corner sofa and 32 '' TV. Two separate bedrooms. One bedroom with king size bed, spacious wardrobes, dressing table and mirror and en-suite shower. The other comes with a double bed, dressing table and spacious wardrobes. The bathroom has a large bathtub, washbasin and toilet. The other is a smaller wc. On the beach there is a table of 3 persons.

Goede plek, redelijk rustige buurt. Helaas geen metro in de buurt

Wij hebben ons goed kunnen helpen in deze ruime woning. Het plein vlakbij is typisch Grieks en biedt ook mogelijkheden voor gezellige etentjes tegen verrassend lage prijzen. Ook bakker en supermarket in de naaste omgeving beschikbaar. De woning verdient een update. De ruimtes zijn niet brandschoon, maar voldoen nog wel. Er staan veel spullen, die geen functie hebben. Die kunnen beter worden verwijderd (less is more) Ik zou willen adviseren, dat de eigenaar een keer kritisch door de woning loopt om een en ander wat te updaten.
