About this property

Large family home with private pool

Our family stone house of 250 m2 is ideally located in the village of Dévillac near the Bastides of Villeréal (5km), Monflanquin and Monpazier (10 km) classified "Most beautiful villages of France" on the borders of the purple and black Périgord and Quercy .

The very comfortable cottage has inside
From an entrance hall onto a large modern fully equipped kitchen: induction hob, extractor hood, electric oven, dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave oven ..., direct access to the covered terrace.
A living room with fireplace-stove (wood available), TV, Internet, DVD player ...
A dining room with a very large monastery table for up to 15 guests, a piano,
A laundry room with washing machine, a bathroom with Wc and separate WC.

Upstairs, 4 bedrooms for 10 beds (2 140 beds, 1 160 bed, 2 90 beds and two 80 beds). They are all equipped with wardrobe or wardrobe.
1 library lounge on the mezzanine, 2 bathrooms and shower and an independent toilet.
Bed linen and house provided (beds made on arrival)
Towels, table and beach towels not provided.

Wonderful holiday in a very comfortable house. There is a well equipped kitchen with good indoor and outdoor eating areas. Interesting towns castles and activities nearby. Wi-Fi fast and reliable. Christine and Stephan excellent hosts and the pool great.

Beautiful, well equipment and maintained house in a quiet village.Great pool in large enclosed private garden. Hosts Christine and Stephan very helpful and attentive but discreet. Highly recommended for peaceful private break.

Good to stay with a good view

Beautifull house. Nice owners. Good swimmingpool. Save for our dogs to stay. The whole gard was fenced. Sleep well. The kitchen was well equipped with kitchen equipment and of good quality. The restaurant of the owners at Villereal was excellent. Thanks for staying and the view was marvellous. Greetings from the family Carpentier.

Wonderful holiday

We had a fantastic holiday staying at this beautiful house. The owners Stéphane and Christine are lovely and very welcoming, meeting us on arrival and showing us around the house and explaining the various appliances etc. The house is every bit as super as it looks in the photos and has a brilliant kitchen with all the cooking utensils you could want. We, our children and our dog all loved the house and the area, with the nearby village of Villereal being a standout place to visit, as well as the stunning Chateau de Biron, which you can see from one of the bedrooms. Highly recommended! Thank you again Stéphane and Christine.

J’ai adoré passé mes 2 semaines de vacances en famille dans cette magnifique propriété. La maison est spacieuse, la cuisine est très bien équipée, tout est très propre, on s’y sent très bien. Le jardin est très bien entretenu, la piscine est grande et bien entretenue également. Tout était là pour passer d’excellents moments. La propriété est bien située, près du Château de Biron que nous avons pris grand plaisir à visiter. Une belle maison avec une superbe piscine

Nous avons passé quinze jours merveilleux ici et avons été chaleureusement accueillis par Christine et Stéphane qui nous ont aidés et informés pour nous permettre de tirer le meilleur parti de notre visite.. La maison est très bien équipée avec une belle cuisine et les lits sont très confortables. La piscine est de loin la plus belle que nous ayons jamais eue et elle était d'une propreté irréprochable. Il y avait un barbecue et une grande table extérieure qui pouvait nous accueillir tous avec un parasol, ce qui était très utile ! Si j'avais une recommandation à faire, ce serait d'installer des moustiquaires sur les fenêtres des chambres, comme j'ai pu le voir sur d'autres maisons de la région, car nous avons tous été abondamment piqués pendant la nuit ! Je recommanderais cet endroit pour des vacances, il se trouve dans une région magnifique et est paisible tout en étant à proximité de nombreux endroits intéressants - Bergerac, St Emilion ont été deux de nos préférés mais aussi les villages de Castillones et Monpazier. Nous avons passé une très belle soirée aux courses de trotting à Villeréal. Merci encore à Christine et Stéphane!

Beautiful pool!

Really enjoyed our 2 week stay at this lovely villa. It was a shame the weather was very stormy and wet more often than we would have liked and both the large umbrellas got damaged from the wind...were still usable thankfully though 😊. Plenty of room to spread the 7 of us around the house...brother in law enjoyed the wifi when he was needing to work. Lovely, lovely warm blue pool within a pretty enclosed garden ♥️ Found a great little cafe in Villereal...Maggies Cafe, that does vegan and gluten free cake and alternatives to milk 🥰...bring mozzy spray! Even our dog got eaten alive! Xx Thank you for having us x

A beautiful gite in a beautiful location- the view of the chateau really makes it special, especially at sunrise. Fab swimming pool and table tennis which kept our teens happy. Enclosed garden kept the dog safe. Well- stocked gite with everything we needed. Lovely villages and markets to visit locally. Very friendly owners - merci beaucoup!

Fijne vakantie in fantastische woning

Schitterende woning, waar echt alles aanwezig was om er een fijne vakantie van te maken. We hebben de eerste week wat slecht weer gehad, maar de tweede week was stukken beter zodat we ook hebben kunnen genieten van het heerlijke zwembad. Veel stadjes om te bezoeken in de buurt, heel mooie streek. Dank aan Stephane en Christine voor de warme ontvangst, de tips en hun mooie woning!
