Designed specifically for large groups to be "together but apart," the estate consists of two connected wings (North and South) on a gated 3/4-acre lot.
The Sleeping Quarters (6 Bedrooms / 8 Bathrooms)
4 Oceanfront Master Suites: Two in each house (upstairs/downstairs). Each features King beds, Honduran wood floors, blackout curtains, and marble ensuites with rainfall showers.
2 Massive Lofted Suites: 24ft ceilings with flexible bedding.
South House: King bed + custom triple bunk (Full/Twin/Twin).
North House: Triple double bunk (2 Doubles/4 Twins).
Each loft includes a twin trundle and a private ensuite bathroom.
The Great Rooms & Kitchens Two identical vaulted Great Rooms with massive accordion doors that merge the interior with 5,000+ sq. ft. of decking. Both kitchens feature white stone counters, LG gas cooktops, and are meticulously stocked for professional-grade cooking.
📋 POLICIES & LOGISTICS
Electricity: Metered and charged at cost to encourage conservation (typically $200–$1,200/week for the full estate). A security deposit is required; usage is deducted at checkout.

Owner Managed: We are not a corporate agency. We keep our homes perfect for our arrival and yours. Our dedicated managers and full-time staff ensure a seamless stay.
Guest Policy: Access is strictly for registered guests listed on the signed contract. No outside day visitors or parties without prior arrangement.
