AVAILABILITY from November - please contact us for a LAST-MINUTE-DISCOUNT

Stunning, tranquil house on the picturesque shore of Loch Sunart, with spectacular views of the beautiful remote Movern Peninsula. Direct access to the sea loch from its own private stretch of shore frontage. House on the Shore-Sea Breeze is one of a handful of houses on Camas Inas; a quiet secluded bay away from the main road which enjoys being in and amongst the highland countryside.
This property is perfect for experiencing wildlife up close, with amazing photographic opportunities of pine martins and badger in the garden, otters on the shore, resident red deer on the grass in front of the house, seals and porpoise in the loch, eagles and buzzards above. Enjoying the water could not be easier with the ability to swim, snorkel, kayak or launch small boats right outside the front door; Sea Breeze also has its own deep water mooring. To the rear of the property is a delightful mature garden with seating, perfect to watch the woodland wildlife, to the front of the property is further seating to enjoy the loch view and water based wildlife. Walking and cycling to explore the peninsula, or just enjoying a peaceful, relaxing sit either on the picnic bench at the edge of the shore or enjoying the panoramic views from the living room sofa, this property really does offer something for everyone.
Close by (5 minute drive) is the pretty and popular village of Salen with its well stocked licensed store which offers a small friendly cafe with delicious coffee, cakes and fresh produce, and the recently restored Salen Hotel with bar and restaurant offering excellent food using locally sourced produce. Salen also has a jetty which offers deep water visitor pontoon berths and annual storage for day boats. Acharacle nearby offers an excellent internet cafe, bakery, take away, village shop and post office, hotel serving good food, playground, boat trips on Loch Sheil to Glenfinnan. Sea Breeze is situated on the Ardnamurchan peninsula one of the last remaining areas of wilderness on the West Coast, which offers everything from crystal clear sea, stunning white sandy beaches, breath taking sun sets, regular sightings of the Aurora Borealis, ancient woodlands and castles.
House on the Shore – Sea Breeze is a beautiful 4 bedroom house (1 kingsize, 1 double bed and 2 twin rooms). A modern family bathroom and separate shower room. Cosy living room with open fire comfy sofas and huge windows overlooking the sea loch and shore. 50' HD TV with sound bar with SKY TV (with full Sports and Movies) and a 4K blu ray player.
