Family Beach Apartment Summer 2024
Our flat is thought for families with kids on holiday just like us: so I know very well the needs and priorities you have. The flat is near the beach, you don't need a car, everything you need is around you. It's an open space, bright and very functional and has perfect positive energy...your kids will have fun around and you won't feel any pressure at all, but just relax!!!
Our is a beautiful and modern holiday home just a few minutes walk from the sea, ideal for families (even two!). The apartment is large, bright and very comfortable in every corner for both adults and children, who can have fun around the house or run and play in the garden. My mission will be to ensure that your vacation is perfect!
The apartment is 120 sqm and has a large open space and two sleeping areas with respective services. Suitable to accommodate two families, the apartment can accommodate 4 adults and 3 children. The flooring of all rooms is in brushed oak.
Our house is located in a '70s complex that is flanked, like all the houses and hotels in Roseto that are located close to the sea, by the railway. The noise of passing trains could be annoying. But the truth is that you get used to it very quickly! At least that's what all the guests we've had so far say.

It is beautiful, comfortable, bright, functional and on topill, it is located close to the sea (only 5 minutes on foot) and has everything you will need. Believe me, your children will have fun at home as on the beach and you will feel pleasantly on vacation.

The open space overlooks the north front on a comfortable sea view balcony - suitable for tasty summer breakfasts - and the south side on a large terrace, where you can spend the cool afternoons and fantastic outdoor dinners. Suitable to accommodate two families as well, the apartment can accommodate 4 adults and 3 children. The flooring of all rooms is in brushed oak.
