Air conditioned, brand new mini loft apartment first row sea
Front row sea. Studio fine wood loft with elegant balustrade. Bathroom with shower and electric induction cooker, refrigerator, sink; front row sea, center, in an old villa renovated this year. double bed on the mezzanine, a square and a half plus possible additional single bed (2/3 people). Exceptional sea views. Parking space and private garden (on request), Bicycle Rental. Large communal pine forest with stone tables. The nearest shops (bank, bar, tobacco shop, hairdresser, stationery, newsagent, bakery are within 100 m from the villa, at 200 m there is the city center with other services (pharmacy, other bank etc.). In front of the villa there is a very wide and clean beach with bathing facilities, or alternatively there alongside a large free beach. If you do not know Tortoreto Lido add that the sea has always been awarded the Blue Flag for cleanliness and that close by there is one of the best water parks in Italy with free shuttle service; Also the town of Tortoreto offers free WIFI.
