Semi-detached house with garden and splendid swimming pool for private use, just a few steps from the center of Camaiore. On the ground floor the house consists of a large room with TV area, a kitchen equipped with a comfortable dining area, a lounge with sofa bed and a bathroom with shower. Upstairs there are two beautiful double bedrooms, a relaxation corner with two armchairs and a bathroom with tub. A small brick structure with a wood oven and barbecue is attached to the house. Everything is surrounded by a large garden with a masonry swimming pool and a relaxation area, enriched with a large choice of garden furniture. The house also offers a beautiful covered veranda with a dining table for your dinners. Available for guests, private parking inside the property. The all inclusive formula includes energy consumption for water, electricity and gas, internet connection and final cleaning. In winter, where necessary, heating consumption is calculated and charged. The deposit of Euro 200.00 is to be given on arrival.

Schönes Anwesen !

Enzo ist ein liebenswerter, hilfsbereiter Gastgeber, der sich im Hintergrund um sein Anwesen kümmert. Im Haus gibt es alles, was man braucht, Pool und Garten sind perfekt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Leider gab es kein SAT-TV und somit keine deutschen Sende

Es hat mir gut gefallen. Der Garten mit Pool ist super. Der Pkw ist auf dem Grundstück und überdacht. Zum Zentrum sind es wenige Gehminuten.

Anders als erwartet....

Für € 3.500,00 für 14 Tage haben wir uns deutlich mehr versprochen. Die Unterkunft ist sehr spartanisch eingerichtet, die Gartenmöbel sehr unbequem und ohne Auflagen. Das Haus liegt direkt an einer viel befahrenen Bundesstraße und die Fenster sind kaum isoliert, sodass man die ganze Nacht gestört wird. Der Strand ist zwar nur 12 km weit entfernt, aber mit dem PkW braucht man trotzdem gut 25 Minuten, weil man durch die ganze Stadt fahren muss. Die Außenanlage ist sehr schön, groß und gepflegt. Nur der Mähroboter der wirklich 24/7 unterwegs war, hat uns etwas Sorgen bereitet wegen unserem Hund, den wir dann leider nicht wie geplant, unbeaufsichtigt laufen lassen konnten. Die Betten bestanden aus einer dünnen, harten Matratze die auf einem Holzbrett gelegen hat. Der Gastwirt wollte aber dagegen nichts unternehmen, sodass wir unsere Reise völlig gestresst, übermüdet und mit schmerzenden Knochen 5 Tage früher abgebrochen haben und nach Hause gefahren sind. Sehr schade für einen Sommerurlaub worauf man sich das ganze Jahr freut und hinarbeitet....... Auf die Frage einer kleinen Entschädigung haben wir keine Antwort erhalten.

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus in Top-Lage

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Woche in diesem schönen Ferienhaus. Zu Fuß war der Ort mit seinen kleinen, aber feinen Restaurants zu erreichen, was gerade für ein schönes Abendessen mit Wein sehr von Vorteil war. Die ganze Anlage ist seht gepflegt: Garten, Pool, Haus

Sehr schöne, grosszügige Anlage

Der Vermieter war sehr unkompliziert, wohlwollend und freundlich. Das Haus, die Lage gut. Der Umschwung mit Pool und Grillstand top. Waren mit Hund unterwegs was überhaupt kein Problem war. Der Preis, finden wir, ist eher teuer. Jedoch all in all…würden wir wieder buchen.
