Mooi appartement maar heeft wel wat onderhoud nodig.

Mooi ruim appartement met mooi balkon, goede airco en andere faciliteiten. Er zijn wel wat dingen voor verbetering vatbaar, zoals: Haakjes om kleding en/of handdoeken op te hangen, slechte matrassen, kapotte verlichting, gordijnen die erg stoffig zijn, minimale verstrekking van handdoeken, waterkoker moet worden vervangen omdat deze zeer onaangenaam ruikt en de algemene staat van het appartement v.w.b. de schoonmaak kan beter.
