Stunning property - highly recommend!

We booked this place for a few nights away in Southport for my sister's 40th. It was a surprise trip and the house helped to make it a really great weekend. It truly is a unique and beautiful property that I would recommend to anyone.

Stunning property!

The property was perfect for our weekend stay. The bedrooms are huge and the beds really comfortable. Three lovely bathrooms too. The garage was easy to use and handy to have as parking. The top floor living space is amazing, comfy sofas down one end and a big well equipped kitchen down the other. Gorgeous big windows let in plenty of light. And host Lyn was really efficient with communication and check in. This place felt like a real treat!

Fantastic

Central location, huge beds/bedrooms all en-suite. Very roomy kitchen/dining/tv area. Be sure no-one would struggle with the three flights of stairs. Plenty of garage space. All amenities within very short walk. Love Southport, so much open space. Fair number of empty shops but compared to most seaside destinations it retains its class and grandeur.

Nice. Clean. Spacious.

Had a great time. Can’t fault the house at all. It was very spacious, comfortable, clean and very central. The only drawback is the fact it’s very close to a bar which caused some late night noise occasionally and so did the neighbours having an all night party. Other than that, can’t fault it. We had a very enjoyable break. Even managed to watch Man Utd beat Liverpool at Old Trafford!😁

Good social space and good location

We attended a family funeral, it was a good social space, light and airy. Good central location and parking was a boon. We managed to fit a Range Rover and small Peugeot in the garage. Good communication from host. Kitchen work tops and cupboard doors were streaky and sticky and dirty cutlery and plates had been put away by previous guests. Bedding and bathrooms were very clean Take your own shampoos and body soaps

Great location & property

Stayed for a few days during Easter hols. 4 adults 3 children - SO much space! The bedrooms are amazing, three bathrooms too plus 2 car garage was more than enough for us. Fantastic location for main shopping street and the pier and beach, easy walking distance which was key for us. Easy check in process, quick response from owner. Be aware this property is on three levels so guests must be ok with stairs. Would happily stay again.

Great location but noisy at night particularly over the bank holiday (outside parties in lord street until 7.30am when the groups were moved on). Kitchen well equipped. Very responsive host. A shower door falling off its runners and beware the Velcro slats on top of the blinds, they come off easily, lots of stairs but a great stay. Central and wonderful being able to park 2 cars,

The Loft southport

Superb accommodation with ample room for a family of 6. Centrally located with all southport has to offer on the doorstep, only used car once for day trip. Slight accident on the morning we checked out and the owners were superb with us. Highly recommend for a luxury break in a fantastic seaside resort.

Sunny Southport

I am originally from South Africa and met my husband in London. We eventually moved to Southport which is where Mark and his family are from. We love our little coastal town, Southport and originally lived in the loft for a number of years before we had children and had loads of fun being so central.

Why they chose this property

You probably haven't seen a property like this before in Southport? In fact I am in the property industry now and I can confidently state that this property is very unique. Its professionally cleaned after each booking and I continue to visit to check its kept to my standards.
