This unique property located near Historic downtown Manitou Springs. Shopping, great restaurants, and hiking right out the front door. Pikes Peak, the Cog-railroad, the Manitou Incline, Penny Arcade and many other family-friendly activities are within walking distance.. This apartment is in the middle of all that Manitou Springs has to offer! It feels like urban downtown and outdoor living all in one!. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids).

This 2 bedroom apartment/suite is located in the heart of Downtown Manitou Springs. It is close to all the shopping, dining, and hiking/biking you will ever need.

The whole two bedroom apartment will be yours. Parking is limited to only one vehicle.

Manitou Springs is a bedroom community to Colorado Springs nestled at the base of Pikes Peak. It is very unique in it`s appeal. Very family friendly and a great vacation spot.

We have parking for one vehicle. There is also a free shuttle around town and a public bus running into downtown Colorado Springs.

There is parking for 1 regular sized vehicle.
