Great tourist village located in the town of Puerto del Carmen in Lanzarote, formerly known as Villa Kariba (see comments).
400 meters from Playa Grande, the promenade and the town center.
It consists of 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen with oven, induction cooker, microwave and refrigerator. It has satellite TV and wifi connection.
The villa also has a private saltwater heated pool as well as a terrace with barbecue and garden to enjoy the sun and the outdoors. On the top floor there is also an outdoor terrace and sea view.
Excellent option for a relaxing holiday.

Un séjour agréable dans une belle maison

La maison est spacieuse, confortable et lumineuse.La piscine est vraiment un plus et assez grande pour nager. La terrasse ombragée bien agréable car il faisait vraiment beau à l'heure du déjeuner. Pour les français que nous sommes la cuisine manque un peu d'équipement et de vaisselles pour faire 2 repas sans laver, heureusement le lave-vaisselle fonctionne bien et notre hôte fut reactif pour trouver une solution (Merci Raul :-) La literie est en bon état comle le mobilier, qui est moderne. Le seul inconvénient vient de l'avantage de sa localisation en ville : la rue du dessus est plutôt passante et donc un peu bruyante, en revanche il est facile de se garer et tout est accessible à pieds (mer, plages, commerces, restaurants, le port pour un aperitif au coucher du soleil, etc.). Nous avons bien apprécié notre séjour et recommandons cet hébergement.

Our stay

Had a lovely stay villa was lovely balcony view amazing. Raul was so easy to get in touch with not that we had problems but always knew he was a quick text away if we did. The walk down to town is lovely it is all up hill on way back but a taxi is only 3 euros so some nights just caught one of them. The added bonus was our flight wasn’t until 5.50 and Raul let us stay until we needed to leave so not have to worry about getting out of villa. The only thing I would say is getting British tv as I wasn’t well for a couple of nights and we stayed in and the only channel we had in English was dmax other than that the villa is home from home and was lovely .

Ungenügend

Unhöflicher Vermieter. Hatten einen Schaden verursacht, den wir über die Versicherung klären wollten. Wäre auch alles ohne Probleme gelaufen aber ab genau diesem Moment war mit ihm nicht mehr zu reden. Der Vorfall wollte von ihm wohl nicht offiziell gemacht werden, sodass es ein unschöner Auszug wurde. Salzwasserpool hat auch keiner von uns wahrgenommen, nur die Salzsäcke die uns hingelegt wurden. Die Putzfrau, die zur Halbzeit die Bettbezüge bzw Handtücher wechseln sollte, war auch eher oberflächlich unteres, wirklich wechseln sieht anders aus.

Great Villa everything you need

Raul met us on site and had put water,soft drinks and beer in the fridge for us. The villa is excellent everything you need is provided and good quality. The villa is spotless and a short walk from restaurants beech etc. Up hill walk back but a taxi is £2.50 if you don't want to walk. We had a great stay.
