Villa Sin Pena 'pure wellness'. The property is located in the immediate vicinity of the golf course in Puerto del Carmen on Lanzarote. Stylish domicile with 3 bedrooms, one with bathroom 'en suite', one with separate bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, living room, satellite TV and music system, free WiFi, dining area, hallway and as a highlight a wellness area for single use with jacuzzi and sauna, terrace with BBQ and sitting area as well as sun beds. The very large pool of the finca on a park-like property is also exclusively available to guests (for bookings received from 1.18.18!). All guests are received and checked in at the property. There is a 'Wellcome Package' with wine, beer, champagne, soft drinks, fruit basket and snacks. Bathrobes, towels and bed linen are included in the price! The golf course, the beaches of Puerto del Carmen, the marina Puerto Calero, restaurants and shops as well as a private clinic are in sight

Family get away

Amazing outside space for sun, shade & views. It had all the amenities we needed. Inside could do with attention to details on window locks, shutters & curtains as there were lots of mosquitoes at night. Would benefit from information pack to let clients know where local shops, attractions & bins are and villa instructions.

Great Holiday

We really enjoyed our 13nt stay in this villa, the inside was clean and spacious, there was 2 bedrooms with recently added air-con, and 4 fans for other rooms. The outside space was massive, large heated pool, even a covered area to lay out in shade, had ample seating area in sun, and covered area by villa where the bbq is for alfresco dinning, there is also a great hottub along with a sauna.The communication with owner before was great, even arranged a fold out bed for us, and the man on the ground (Andreas) was brilliant always on hand with any help needed. I would have no problem recommending this villa , or booking again in future.Its about a 20min walk down to strip and a steep walk back up, we walked both ways with 4 kids most times when out for a meal, and found it no problem, but some might find it a challenge, but handy to get a taxi either way for less than 5.It was that big outside everyone had there own spot to sunbath, and a nice light breeze to make it easier to lie out

Really good villa with great outdoor space and views.

Found the Villa with no issues and was met on arrival by property management - fully briefed - no issues and a nice wee welcome pack to get going (thanks for that). We were 3 adults and the place was plenty big enough for us with a well catered kitchen, comfortable sofa and bathroom/showers were all absolutely fine. The wifi was fine for us, with no issues, and while the TV has German only channels, we took our 'firestick' and it worked well. The outdoor space is the real winner here. The sheltered area is great, with large table/chairs and barbeque. There is space to put sun loungers on there if you do get a winter shower or two. The pool area is huge (pool alone is 5m x 10m) with superb 360 degree views. we had sun up and sun down happiness, with great views across to Arrecife and the sea to the south, all the way to the hills in the West. We did have a couple of wee electrical issues during our stay, but property management were out quickly and rectified the issues promptly. We walked down Town and taxied back - 5 euros including tip was normal. Lidl and Hyperdino are both a ten minute walk to the west. We are likely to use this Villa again in the future.

Ménage très sommaire, literie mauvaise qualité, beaucoup de poussière, hotte ne fonctionnait pas, installation électrique vétuste. Piscine non chauffée (18 degrés) alors que le propriétaire nous avait assuré que le système de chauffage serait mis en route avant le paiement de la réservation.

Ein rundum perfekter Urlaub in toller Location

Von Anfang bis zum Ende waren wir rundum zufrieden. Der Host Matthias war super freundlich und hat alles Technische erklärt und sofort Restauranttips gegeben. Tolle Lage,super sauber und gepflegt, tolle Sauna, großer Pool, Meerblick, sehr ruhige Lage und dennoch fussläufig in wenigen Minuten von der Promenade entfernt mit allem was man braucht. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder zurück, Mucias Gracias A&P

Lovely Villa in really handy location

Great villa with everything you need on holiday. 15 minutes comfortable drive from the airport and close to main routes to explore the island. The villa is well away from the main resortand quite private although the pool is shared with an adjoining apartment: we had some very nice young neighbours. The villa is spacious and well equipped, with a good sound system connected to air play and wireless. Fortunately the villa doesn't have any immediate neighbours so we could turn the sound up! Lynn the property manager was really helpful when we needed anything and met us close to the airport so we could follow her back to the villa: above and beyond the call of duty!
