Nice duplex apartment with an inspiring terrace!

Lots of natural light and natural elements that we live and love deeply. Quiet surroundings 10 minutes walk from the village center and 15 minutes from the village beaches!

The apartment is situated in a quiet building with only 3 floors, where ours is the last one. There is no lift and the access is made by wide stairs and easy to climb.

Ideal for families!


The apartment is situated in a quiet building with only 3 floors, where ours is the last one. There is no lift and the access is made by wide stairs and easy to climb.

Downstairs we have a large living room with play area and dining table, fully equipped kitchen and balcony with table and chairs. Access to the room area through a hall where there is a suite consisting of Bamboo Room and a bathroom with shower, Natura Room in twin or double version, and a bathroom with bathtub.

Upstairs there is a large bright lounge area, the twin or double bed Sea Room, a bathroom with bathtub, and a large terrace with table, chairs, parasol where you can enjoy a view of nature, Serra de Sintra, and sea!

Lots of transport accessibility:
- In the street in front, there is a Beach Bus stop that can take you to Ribeira D'Ilhas Beach, Praia do Sul or Foz do Lisandro Beach (during summer)
- 5 minutes walk away there is a bus station from where you can go to Mafra, Lisbon or Sintra!

If you come by car you can take several car tours in the surrounding area and explore the region that is worth a visit!
You can park the car in the square in front of the house.

This is a big property with ample space for children to play .the apartment shares a swim just the hill.Ericeira is a lovely seaside town just a 10min walk away with lots of cafes and bars would recommend this property.

Wunderschöne Wohnung in exzellenter Lage in Ericeira

Die Lage kann in Ericeira nicht besser sein: zu Fuß 5 Minuten zum Centro, 10 Minuten zum Strand, 5 Minuten zu Aldi, nur unwesentlich weiter zu Lidl, Intermarché, Continente.Von der Dachterrasse im oberem Geschoss gibt es einen wunderbaren Ausblick auf den Sonnenuntergang über dem Atlantik und an Silvester auch auf das Feuerwerk am Hafen!Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen.4 Sterne für das Online-Inserat nur weil wir vor der Buchung geprüft hatten, dass alle Zimmer Heizkörper haben - und bei Ankunft erfuhren wir, dass die Zentralheizung nicht funktioniert. Der Besitzer hat aber zwei mobile elektrische Heizkörper zur Verfügung gestellt.

Ferien in Ericeira

Wir waren zu viert für zwei Wochen in Ericeira in der Wohnung von Luis, der uns wirklich sehr freundlich begrüßt hat. Die Wohnung war grundsätzlich sauber und ordentlich. Wir hätten uns gefreut, wenn der Grill auch gereinigt worden wäre. So hat es uns die Freude daran verleitet. Das Mobiliar auf dem Balkon vor der Küche wie auf der Dach-Terrasse könnte erneuert werden, da es ziemlich abgewohnt ist. Die Lage der Wohnung war für uns ideal, da wir zu Fuß nach Ericeira gehen konnten und für alle Ausflüge haben wir einen Mietwagen genutzt. Zum Einkaufen braucht man auf jeden Fall ein Auto, da es keine Läden (auch keine Bäckereien) in unmittelbarer Nähe der Wohnung gibt.

Großzügiges und liebevoll eingerichtetes Appartement

Wir haben uns im Casa Natura in den zehn Tagen rundum wohl gefühlt. Mit drei Bädern, drei Schlafzimmern und großzügigen Räumen, einer vollständig und perfekt eingerichteten Küche mit scharfen Messern und alles, was das Kochherz begehrt, blieben keine Wünsche offen. Alles war liebevoll eingerichtet und zielte darauf ab, dass es an nichts fehlte. Bücher, Bälle, Spielzeug, Gesellschaftsspiele, Karten – alles war vorhanden. Luis, der Vermieter ist sehr sympathisch und war persönlich vor Ort. Wir können es voll weiter empfehlen. Es gibt ausreichend Platz für Teenager, die auch einmal etwas Abstand möchten oder einen Rückzugsort brauchen. Die Dachterrasse im Obergeschoss ist traumhaft schön mit Blick aufs Meer.

zum wohlfühlen

Wir haben die mit viel Naturdetails eingerichtete Masionettewohnung mit 3Generationen (18J -76J) bewohnt-alle haben sich sehr wohlgefühlt. Sehr saubere Wohnung, umfangreiche Ausstattung es hat an nichts gefehlt.
