Super comfortable and well-situated, 5 mins walk to nearest beach and 10 mins from town square. Carloz was most helpful and gave us a tour of Ericeira giving us our orientation. Highly recommend!

Exceptional stay in a beautiful apartment

We spent one week in this apartment. It is a lovely spacious clean apartment ideal for a family. It is set in a beautiful location just a short walk from the centre of Ericeira and very close to the sea front. There is a surf school called Surf Riders across the road which our teenagers used for surf school and thoroughly enjoyed. The seafront walks are so beautiful and breathtaking. The pool was an added bonus for days we wanted to relax. There is a well stocked supermarket just two minutes walk away and lots of restaurants within walking distance. Carlos the owner could not have been more friendly and helpful. We would definitely recommend this apartment for anyone visiting Ericeira, you will not be disappointed.

Friendly and helpful owner

This was a well placed property, well equipped, tidy and clean and nicely furnished. The owners were very proactive in their communications and very welcoming. They were very helpful with our queries about the area and recommended great places to eat. I'd definitely stay here again and also recommend it to others.

"Super logement dans une résidence avec piscine. Les propriétaires sont prévenants et plein de bon conseils. L’accueil est très chaleureux. l’appartement est idéalement situé, proche de l’océan (200m) et à quelques minutes du centre du village. Toutes les commodités à proximité (supermarché, pharmacie, cabinet médical, …) Nous avons passé un super séjour. « Merci !

perfectly great, roomy and comfortable apartment in a great position

We had spend our Holidays in August 2019 in this apartment. We were a group of two adulds and two boys in the age of 13 years. It was a phantastic apartment. We would go there everytime again in the future. First, the communication an bookingprocess with the owner and hirer of this apartment was very comfortable, friendly and reliable. They took delivery of us very friendly. Also when we left the apartment, they have been very flexible and trustful. Second, the apartment has everything what you need to cook and to spend a relaxed time there. It has enough space, that everyone can take a rest alone or spent time together. The beds, towels and furnitures are very comfortable and clean. Free WLAN is available. Third, the Position of this apartment in Ericeira is unbeatable comfortable. During the week we have found a parking place within the apartment complex. We had everything what we needed (Shops, Restaurantes, Pharmacie/Doktor) within walking distance. Also the shoping promenade / city centre of Ericeira is max. 10 minutes away by feet. The central bus station is near by, so we had some bus trips to Lissabon and Sintra very easy. In spite of this central location - the apartment is very secluded. We had no disturb noises at night or at midday. Fourth, we went to Ericeira to go surfing for 14 Days. This Apartment is surrounded by surfspots, surfshops, surflounges, surfschools and erverything what you need and like, when you are interested in surfing. Within 10 minutes by car, you can reach 3 very good surfing spots at the beach and at the reef flat. Perhaps we will book this apartment very soon again ;-) Thank You and we wish you all the best, R., L., M. and A.

Entspannte Zeit in Ericeira

Die Vermieter Conceição & Carlos sind sehr nett und haben uns herzlich empfangen. Wir haben uns direkt sehr wohl gefühlt! Das Appartment ist geräumig und nett eingerichtet (z.B. gut ausgestattete Küche mit ausreichend Geschirr) und hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Es bietet genug Platz für eine Familie mit 2 Kindern. Der Pool der Appartmentanlage ist gut gepflegt und sehr groß. Die Lage des Appartments ist sehr günstig gelegen, da man von dort alles zu Fuß erreichen kann (Strände, Supermarkt, Restaurants). Die Empfehlungen von Conceição & Carlos für Restaurants in Ericeira waren sehr nützlich. Wir können die Wohnung definitiv empfehlen.

Un apartamento luminoso, limpio, muy bien decorado y la cocina bien equipada. Se encuentra en una zona tranquila y a la vez cerca de la playa y del centro. Tanto Carlos como su esposa son gente estupenda que nos aconsejaron sobre la zona.

Spätsommer in Ericeira

Die Wohnung ist sehr gesräumig und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Man fühlt sich sofort wohl. Mit 2 Erwachsenen und 2 Jugendlichen hatten wir genügend Platz. Die Übergabe hat wunderbar geklappt, der Vermieter hat uns gleich einige Tips gegeben und uns hat ein Überraschungskorb erwartet. Die ganze Anlage, sowie auch Ericeira ist sehr sauber. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in Minuten zu erreichen, uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Die Poolanlage ist ebenfalls sehr gepflegt und der Hausmeister sehr freundlich. Der Tennisplatz ist ebenfalls bestens in Schuss und entlang der Küstenstraße kann man wunderbar joggen. Die Tage kann man hier sehr abwechslungsreich gestalten. Wir können die Wohnung für einen Urlaub sehr empfehlen. Da man mitten in einem Wohngebiet ist, ist die Lage belebter. Man bekommt mit, dass andere auch hier Leben, gewöhnt sich aber an die Geräusche dort schnell. Innerhalb von 3km hat man verschiedene Strände. Fussläufig schon den ersten. Einige dieser Strände haben einige Felsen, sodass man beim schönen Wellengang aufpassen muss sich nicht zu verletzen, jedoch gibt es auch einen der wunderbar geeignet ist. ( Foz do Lizandro )

Absolutely beautiful

We had a fantastic time in Ericeira - what a beautiful little town. The apartment was in a great location, easy to wander down the streets to the shops, restaurants and bars and 4 gorgeous beaches within walking distance as well :). The apartment itself was very spacious and had everything we needed for a young family. Ideal for families or couples. Our hosts were great as well. We will definitely be going back :)

Estancia muy agradable y pueblo precioso

El apartamento reúne todas las condiciones para disfrutar de una buena estancia en un entorno acogedor. Dispone de todo lo necesario, está en muy buenas condiciones, es bastante nuevo y está muy limpio. A tres minutos andando se llega al mar y hay gran variedad de playas. Gastronomía y visitas turísticas muy recomendables. Los dueños son muy amables y atentos, pendientes de que no falte de nada. Esperamos volver y recomendamos esta casa a otros visitantes interesados en conocer esta magnífica zona.

Experiencia para repetir

Lo primero de todo, la propietaria encantadora. Nos aconsejó de los sitios que deberíamos visitar y restaurantes típicos comarcales, además de recibirnos con una cesta de productos de la zona que estaban riquísimos! Por otro lado, Ericeira es un pueblo guapísimo! Nos encantó desde el primer momento, tranquilo, limpio, acogedor y muy cómodo ya que estaba cerca de muchos sitios para visitar. El apartamento está perfectamente decorado, muy bien equipado y limpio, al igual que la piscina. Sin duda una experiencia para repetir.

Appartement très bien situé à 3 mn de la plage et du centre à pied Location propre(linge fournie et serviettes de toilettes) et literie en parfait état de plus parking privé Propriétaires super sympas qui prennent le soin de vous expliquer ce qu'il y à faire et à visiter et qui sont à votre écoute(parlent très bien le français) seul bémol la piscine qui est très bien mais les enfants ne peuvent pas y faire ce qu'ils veulent Nous recommandons cette location et nous y reviendrons certainement Famille TEIXEIRA.A

appartement très propre, 3 mn de la plage et du centre, super accueil des propriétaires qui prennent soins de leurs locataires, parking fermé Piscine très sympa sauf que les enfants n'ont pas le droit d'y jouer au ballon car il y a toujours un propriétaire qui veut faire la police A recommander et nous y retournerons Famille TEIXEIRA

Appartement spacieux et moderne. Bien situé et bien équipé. Dommage que les enfants n'aient pas le droit au ballon dans la piscine. Un peu déçu par la ville. Gros manque d'animations surtout pour les enfants. A part le surf, il n'y a rien. Bonnes vacances quand même.
