Inside, the 2nd floor apartment is light and airy; with an open plan, WiFi-enabled living room furnished with a comfy sofa, a flat screen TV and a fully-equipped kitchen diner for 4. The scenic living room also offers access to a private sunny balcony, which overlooks the resort town and is furnished with a plastic outdoor dining set.

The holiday apartment features a child-friendly bedroom furnished with a set of bunk beds, whilst a traditional-style master bedroom is furnished with a couple-friendly double bed. A bathroom suite fitted with a shower and washing machine provides welcome convenience whilst away.

Disappointing

Overall, our experience was relatively disappointing. Among the positive elements, we should note the location, a few meters walk from the Aiguille du Midi cable car and the center of Chamonix, therefore restaurants, cafes, bars or other services. The apartment also has basic amenities. As such, we do not lack anything. On a more negative note, as soon as we arrived, from outside the building itself, there was a jackhammer noise coming, we later discovered, from the apartment above ours. This work lasted two of the five days of our stay. We immediately informed the rental agency who cavalierly released themselves from any responsibility. Also, for at least three of the five nights of our stay, the neighbor downstairs played music very loudly until 4am. Also, the images in the ad are a little misleading because the apartment is much smaller than they suggest. It is obvious that we would not have rented this apartment having known about all these bad conditions.

Jättenöjda med lägenheten, läge vid barer och restauranger och 5 min till skidbussar. Allt perfekt! Livligt läge men det passade oss bra. Jättefin solig balkong. Allt till matlagning. Välstädat. Rekommenderas för skidåkning.
