Our condo is a home away from home with 2 bedrooms and 2 baths. Built in 2016, and in the Echota community this condo boast view of Grandfather Mountain and the Blue Ridge Mountains. With 2 pools, 2 jacuzzis, club houses with pool tables/ping pong and more the fun is endless. There are 2 gym facilities, hiking trails, fishing ponds and much more.
Located close to Beech, Sugar and Appalachian ski mountains the winter fun is right around the corner.

We are Steve and go west in the Fall and east in the spring. We have 5 children and 9 grandchildren.... we own three business in town and have been in Boone for us anything about the area!
