About this property

Apartment 4 minutes walk from the beach

Cozy apartment located in the urbanization "El Faro" on the outskirts of Fuengirola and close to the Cala de Mijas. It is inside a nice and quiet urbanization 100 meters from the sea; with communal pool and parking. There is a beautiful beach with hammocks and restaurant about 200 meters away.
The apartment has 2 bedrooms (one with a double bed and the other with two separate single beds) and a bathroom. Fully equipped kitchen (including dishwasher). Living room with dining table and an area with comfortable sofas to watch cable TV with all European channels, also has Wi-Fi. In the living room there is also air conditioning and has access to a terrace with stunning views of the Mediterranean and the pool. On the terrace there is a large table that allows four people to eat.
In addition to the bed linen and bath towels, there are 4 beach chairs and two parasols as well as games for the beach.
Next to the urbanization there are two restaurants, a supermarket, a playground, a car rental and a bus stop that goes to Marbella or Fuengirola.
Malaga airport is 28 km from the apartment. It is recommended to come by car or taxi (20 minutes). You can also take a train from the airport to Fuengirola and, from there, take a bus or taxi to get to the apartment.

Great apartment close to sea

Nice and well equipped apartment. Close to sea and a great pool in the neigbourhood. We really enjoyed staying there.

Beau séjour près de Mijas

Super appartement qui a tout pour plaire dont les chaises pour la plage et parasols mais dont l’accès à une « belle » plage n’est pas à 4 minutes tel que l’annonce le dit. La plage qui est à 4 minutes est au bord de l’autoroute et sans baignade ni service . L’option est de marcher au bord de l’autoroute pour arriver à une jolie plage. Il faut donc avoir une voiture et explorer les alentours . Par ailleurs l’appartement est bien rempli. Nous aurions apprécié des couvertures chaudes pour les qqes nuits plus fraîches. Merci pour le beau séjour!! Et merci pour la vue superbe !!

Même s'il était mentionné à Fuengirola, la distance de 5km c'est trop loin surtout qu'il faut toujours prendre le bus qui n'est pas toujours à l'heure. Quant au condo, c'était correct sans plus.

Superbe séjour

Appartement conforme à l'annonce et communication facile avec Araceli. A moins de 10 minutes à pied de la plage, l'appartement dispose de tous les équipements nécessaires pour passer de bonnes vacances, piscine, climatisation, vue sur mer. Le parking n'est pas privatif mais reste quand même accessible. Je recommande fortement !

Das Apartment ist genau wie auf den Bildern! Die Übergabe des Schlüssels hat super funktioniert. Ich bin zusammen mit meiner Schwester und ihrem Baby in das Apartment gegangen. Der Gastgeber konnte sogar extra noch ein Baby-Bett organisieren. Der Pool, welcher benutzt werden konnte, war ebenfalls sehr sauber und gepflegt. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Gerne wieder!

He pasado unos días felices con mis hijas y mi nieto. El apartamento está muy limpio, es luminoso y alegre, bien equipado (camas cómodas, cocina completa, muebles nuevos, wifi...etc) , bien situado, (la piscina se ve desde la terraza, esta a un paseo pequeño de la playa, y además la urbanización está en una zona tranquila con sitios agradables para pasear) ...muy muy recomendable.
