This is a beautiful rustic cottage. Just 10 minutes from the historic town of chalus where Richard the lion heart took his last breath . it has a double bedroom but also has a Heidi bed with ladder access double mattress overlooking the l living room. English tv and there is wifi throughout, fully equipped kitchen including a washing machine and shower room. this has its own patio with bbq and access to pool in the summer In the winter there is a log fire to keep you electric heating . electric is payable by yourselves . there is also a lake for fishing exclusive use for guests only at a charge.and bait can be bought. This property is set in 20m acres of forest and farm land . lots of animals to keep the children amused. breakfast and dinner can be arranged at an additional cost. we look forward to welcoming you

Quiet and peaceful

Had a great time..loved the Animals, especially the Dogs...very well behaved..the Gite is in a beautiful part of France..we needed a quiet break, and that's exactly what we had..it was a shame the weather wasn't kinder to us, it would've been lovely to take a dip in the pool..Stephania and Keith will help you with anything you need..we had a meal cooked by Stephanie on the first night and it was beautiful...a very quaint Gite with Rustic charm x
