It is providing family privacy but encouraging entertainment in the pool area and in the garden. There is even a sandpit and a slide for your little ones.
Each unit/flat consists of a master bedroom with en-suite bathroom, family bathroom with his and hers sinks, kids bedroom and a vast open plan kitchen / living /dining area. There is a small utility as well with washer/dryer. Both flats are exactly the same size and shape, each slightly over 100m2 plus terraces and balconies.
Villa L is situated just a short stroll to a picturesque old town Labin with restaurants, small shops, a vast amount of art galleries and a must see Labin city museum (with a mining tunnel build in a beautiful baroque palace).
