Tranquil Villa with lovely sea views

Lovely villa with Gorgeous pool area with lots of areas to sit and eat and relax. We really enjoyed using the barbecue and pizza oven. Fabulous view of the bay. We had a restful and relaxed time drinking G&T’s with limes from the fruit trees. Manos our host was super helpful :)

Das Haus und das Grundstück waren einfach wunderbar, sehr großzügig angelegt in einem Olivenhain gelegen, umgeben von Zitrusbäumen mit Terrassen und Sitzgelegenheiten rund um das ganze Haus verteilt und einer atemberaubenden Sicht über die Umgebung und auf das Meer. Wir konnten jeden Abend den Sonnenuntergng genießen, wenn die Sonne hinter den Hügeln verschwand und das Meer in wunderschöne Farben tauchte. Der Pool und Poolbereich sind großzügig angelegt und ganz besonders war das Pfed, das uns bei unserer Ankunft wiehernd begrüßte und vom Nachbargrundstück, das auch den Vermietern gehört, zu uns herüberkam, nur getrennt von einer kleinen Mauer. Jeden Morgen wurden wir so begrüßt, denn das Pferd freute sich über Äpfel und MöhrenDer Weg zum Haus ist etwas abenteuerlich, aber Manos, der Besitzer ist sehr aufmerksam , hilfsbereit und freundlich und holt auch im Ort Maleme selber ab und geleitet bei Bedarf zum Haus. Vom Haus aus ist alles sehr schnell und gut zu erreichen und die Gegend eignet sich hervorragend für Trips und Erkundungen. Also alles in allem ein wunderschöner Urlaub und wir kommen auf jeden Fall wiederDanke an Manos und seine tolle Familie, seine Mutter bereitete uns das beste Moussaka zu, das ich jemals gegessen habe. Efkaristo!

Beautiful villa with great views! Peaceful location and good walking terrain among olive trees and nearby quiet streets.Well maintained, a couple of small problems that Manos promised to fix after we left. Maybe there should be a little fence as the road to Manos' house goes almost next to the pool.The second terrace was good for eating breakfast and even playing cards in the evening.

Ein echtes Paradies

Wir haben hier eine traumhafte Woche verbracht. Das Online-Inserat zeigt nicht ausreichend, wie großzügig und wundervoll angelegt Haus und Grundstück sind, ein echtes Paradies - mit Feigen-, Zitronen-, Pflaumen-, Birn- und Granatäpfelbäumen und sogar Bananenstauden, umgeben von einem Olivenhain. Man hätte isch fast schlechtes Wetter gewünscht, um die sehr schönen und weitläufigen Innenräume mehr zu nutzen, aber so haben wir umso mehr Zeit auf der Terrasse mit dem schönen Pool und dem traumhaften Blick zu Bergen und Meer verbracht, nachts mit Drinks unter dem Sternenhimmel. Unser Gastgeber Artemidis war unglaublich nett und hilfsbereit, jederzeit ansprechbar und mit perfekten (Restaurant!-) Tipps bei der Hand (das "Wave" direkt am Strand von Maleme wurde unsere zweite Homebase). Wir bekamen sogar eine fantastische Moussaka, selbstgekocht von seiner Mutter Sofia. Das Haus ist sehr gut zu finden, es ist aber unbedingt ratsam, der detaillierten Wegbeschreibung (die man vorab bekommt) zu folgen und NICHT nach Navi oder Google Maps zu fahren, die leiten einen über deutlich schlechter zu fahrende Strecken. Extra-Bonus für die Kinder war die liebe Stute Argylo, die nebenan weidet und sich sehr über Streicheleinheiten und Apfelstücke freut.
