An outstanding location in the Salis area of Cap D'Antibes, very close to both Juan Les Pins and Antibes, in a private gated residence which has its own swimming pool. The apartment has upper and lower terraces with a small private garden within the outer garden. The terrace will take 6 people around the table as well as sun loungers. Perfect for a relaxing holiday in one of the most beautiful and exclusive holiday locations in Europe.

TV with UK satellite channels, DVDs, books, local guides and maps, restaurant recommendations, board /card games and beach toys, bikes, high chair, cot, towels and bedding are all provided.

Built in 1988, the villa is fully furnished with a spacious living room, fully equipped kitchen, 1 double bedroom (with 2 single beds which can be as one), 1 room with large bunk beds. All beds have good mattresses. 1 bathroom with a walk in shower, basin and toilet & separate WC downstairs with basin. There is a washing machine and sofa bed. TV with UK satellite channels and a selection of DVD’s and own secure garage for parking - accessed via electric gate. Accommodation is for 4 or 5 persons. It is ideal for families with 2 - 3 children or couples who wish for a quiet location close to all amenities.

Très bonne impression en arrivant dans le logement, agréable et propre. Très bien situé a vraiment 5 minutes de la plage, le centre ville d’Antibes est bien accessible à pieds pour un peu que l’on aime marché un petit peu. La présence de la piscine collective est un gros plus. Nous avons plus qu’apprécier notre séjour. Propriétaire agréable et sympathique, je recommande vivement !

Logement bien situé, proche d’une belle plage. Boulangerie à 15min à pieds, restaurants sympas à 20min à pieds. Piscine de la copropriété propre. Terrasse du logement très agréable, au calme. Logement bien équipé. Chambre des enfants très petite, lits pas adaptés pour des adolescents. Possibilité de dormir au salon. Chambre des parents agréable, avec climatiseur appréciable ! Suffisamment d’espace de rangement pour nos affaires. Cuisine petite mais fonctionnelle. Vaisselle suffisante en nombre. Un lave-vaisselle serait un plus mais il n’y en a pas la place. Je recommande le logement !

Das Haus liegt in einer sehr gepflegten Anlage in einem ruhigen Wohngebiet ohne Durchgangsverkehr. Zu Ostern 2023 war es sehr ruhig. Bäckerei und Lebensmittelgeschäft in 15 min Fußweg Entfernung, davon 2/3 über die Standpromenade.

Excellent emplacement, calme, entouré de verdure et sécurisé.logement très propre. A améliorer: pas de table à repasser, très peu de rangement (le propriétaire utilise la plus grande partie), impossible de voir la TV ni en anglais ni en français( il n'y a pas de chaines françaises accessibles), vaisselle restreinte. Le linge est fourni mais il faut le laver avant le départ, à 4 il faut faire 2 machines.

A little gem

We were reluctant to leave a positive comment because we didn’t want anyone else to know about this place! Family of 4 (2 adults & 2 children aged 5/7). Firstly the location : Situated in a very quiet residential area, a few hundred metres away from the Plage des Salis (the best beach in the area as it is sandy and shallow for young children). All the locals go here so you know it’s a good one. There are small convenience shops and a boulangerie just down the road. Several restaurants can also be found by the beach. The old town is reachable by foot or by bike. Apart from perhaps doing a larger food shop, you don’t have to use a car in order to have a fantastic stay in the local area. The property: what you would call a townhouse in England, was perfect for our stay. Plenty of room in the communal spaces and the master bedroom was very spacious. The second bedroom works for younger children but would not be suitable for large teenagers or adults (bunk beds). The house has air conditioning upstairs which adequately cools the whole space. The house has everything you need, from an iron to a PS3 (for Netflix/DVDs etc). There are books, games, magazines, films etc. Outside space: the terrace/garden is of a good size but be prepared to fight off the mosquitoes if you have sweet blood. The pool is a great size and fairly deep (deep enough for a diving or bombing competition). We were there for 2 weeks and only shared it with the other residents a couple of times. Practically a private pool! The garage : essential if you want to keep your car looking good in the madness of the Côte d’Azur. This one is huge and has bikes, inflatables etc. that one can use. Altogether a great holiday in a fantastic property, ideally situated near all you could need.

Great home base to explore Antibes and catch some beach time

Our family of 4 (kids age 11 and 7) really loved our week in the Cote d'Azure staying in this super little villa. The house is compact, but had everything we could have needed to be able to cook, eat on the nice patio, watch movies, swim in the pool, and walk to the nearby sand beach for some sun and waves. It was nice to be able to park our rental car in the garage. Overall, we LOVED our stay in the villa, which affords lots of privacy and quiet after a day out sightseeing in Nice or hiking around the Cap d'Antibes. Would recommend it and hope to come back one day! One note: if you don't have a rental car, the location is still ideal to be able to walk to Old Antibes and/or catch a local bus to shuttle you around.

Lovely, quiet property

A very comfortable property with a new kitchen that meant we didn't have to go out for dinner every night. The pool was very refreshing and the nearby beach and lighthouse were great for ice cream stops.
