This 2-storey property has been decorated in a contemporary style and is located in a building overlooking the swimming pool and beautiful art deco main residence building. On the ground floor, the open-plan living area consists of a modern kitchen with breakfast bar, dining area and lounge area which overlooks the private terrace to the rear. The kitchen has a full size oven, microwave and dishwasher. There is also a separate WC on the ground floor. The private garden runs to the side and rear of the property and is an ideal place for sitting in the sun on one of the sun loungers or eating alfresco under the large sun shade. Upstairs there are two large bedrooms and spacious shower room. Both bedrooms have air conditioning, white modern furniture and large integral wardrobes. The front bedroom has twin beds and overlooks the pool. The bedroom at the back has a king-sized bed and overlooks private gardens.
