This duplex property is located in arguably one of the best locations on the Riviera. Antibes is a vibrant seaside town all year round, famous for its old town, restaurants, Picasso museum and provençal market. It makes an ideal base for exploring the Riviera, located between Nice and Cannes and just 20 minutes from Nice airport.

Duplex apartment in a small exclusive residence in a residential area just 350m from the sandy beach, bakery, restaurants and a few local shops. It's just a 10 mins walk to either Antibes or Juan les Pins.

This 2-storey property has been decorated in a contemporary style and is located in a building overlooking the swimming pool and beautiful art deco main residence building. On the ground floor, the open-plan living area consists of a modern kitchen with breakfast bar, dining area and lounge area which overlooks the private terrace to the rear. The kitchen has a full size oven, microwave and dishwasher. There is also a separate WC on the ground floor. The private garden runs to the side and rear of the property and is an ideal place for sitting in the sun on one of the sun loungers or eating alfresco under the large sun shade. Upstairs there are two large bedrooms and spacious shower room. Both bedrooms have air conditioning, white modern furniture and large integral wardrobes. The front bedroom has twin beds and overlooks the pool. The bedroom at the back has a king-sized bed and overlooks private gardens.

Features include: shared swimming pool, secure underground private garage, private terrace/garden, WiFi, TV, air-conditioning, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, radio, coffee-machine, cot, high-chair.

Bed linen and towels are included for an additional charge of 35€ per person. Cleaning charge is €80 which includes a high standard of cleanliness. Keys can be picked up before 8pm. Changeover day is Mon-Sat and usually Saturday only during Jul-Aug, but other days may be possible so please enquire.

Lovely property in a perfect location. Easy walk to the beach, old Antibes, and Juan-les-Pins. The apartment was very clean, the bedrooms were quite large, and the AC worked really well (important during the summer in the south of France). We have two children so the pool was a major plus. Merci for a wonderful stay!

Great location

Everything was just as expected and the location is brilliant just 300 metres from the beach. Only problem is that there are people who live in properties in the same area that are very rude and have no manners. But dont let this put you off as we really loved it.

We stayed here last October and had an amazing time. The apartment is lovely and has everything you require for a self catering stay. It is a 15 minute walk into Antibes (I am a slow walker) and only a couple of minutes from the nearest beach, bakery and supermarket. Can not recommend it highly enough....

Perfect location close to everything

Communications with owners and local real estate agent were clear and quick. The apartment is equipped with everything you need, easy walk to shops and beaches as well as old town Antibes, and the apartment pool is a plus if you want to change it up from the sandy beaches. Highly recommend for all travellers and families wanting to explore Antibes and neighbouring towns.

Pleasant and useful accommodation, good location

The property worked very well for our small family, good air conditioning, secure and well equipped, nice outside space. The pool is not shared with many other apartments so was generally open to our exclusive use. Good access to the beach. We found it helpful to have bikes to access the old town (and maybe also Juan-les-Pins) - it's quite a long walk if very hot! We enjoyed a relaxing holiday here.

Ideal location

We enjoyed two weeks holiday in this comfortable apartment during the June heatwave, so we were very glad of the aircon & the pool! The apartment was clean, bright & airy and it was lovely to have our private garden space - a real sun-trap! We were ideally situated to explore Antibes & Juan les Pins & we found it very easy to go further afield on the train. Communication with Clare & her local agent Nathalie was very good & Nathalie was very friendly & helpful

Perfect holiday location

Close to beach and amenities plus Antibes old town but quiet and comfortable location. The pool and surroundings gave a great ambience to the apartment and we had a very enjoyable time there. The kitchen and bathroom facilities were great and we were able to eat in or out at the many restaurants within walking distance. Garage parking was perfect for our small hire car (a VW Polo) but anything larger would not fit. However there was free road parking outside the apartment block. There was a convenient sheltered south facing garden for sunbathing or al fresco dining. In summary, a very good holiday location.

Ruhige Anlage

Wir waren vom 10.09.bis 17.09.2022 fast ganz alleine in der Anlage. Am Pool waren wir immer alleine. Hatten diesen also ganz für uns. Der Außenbereich klein aber fein. Tiefgaragenparkplatz innerhalb der Anlage (in Verbindung mit diesem Objekt) vorhanden. Ziemlich eng mit einem Espace, aber es geht. Direkt auf der Strasse auch Parkplätze, aber in begrenzter Anzahl. Die Anlage und das Objekt auf jeden Fall empfehlenswert.

Wir waren im August 2018 in dieser Ferienwohnung. Es hat alles super geklappt. Die Lage ist sehr zentral und strandnah. Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Pool. Die Wohnung war mit allen Notwendigem ausgestattet. Die Schlafzimmer sind in der 1. Etage. Im Erdgeschoss befinden sich die Küche und das Wohnzimmer mit anschließender Terrasse. Zu Fuß kommt man sehr gut in die Altstadt, in denen sich viele Restaurant befinden ( Reservierung im Sommer notwenig). Danke an Clare.

Great location

A lovely clean house. One huge double bedroom and a good size twin plus a comfy sofa bed downstairs. Lots of kitchen equipment and even a box of toys for the kids. It is on a nice secure gated complex very close to the lovely town of Antibes. The pool is small but very safely fenced and only a one minute walk from the front door. It was too cold to swim in in early May but lovely for dipping hot feet into. There is also a small private patio garden which is a real sun trap. I really recommend this house for a family holiday.

A Great Property

We thoroughly enjoyed our all too short stay in this lovely property. It is well equipped with all the usual appliances plus wifi and tv. As our stay was during January we very much appreciated the heating which kept the property very comfortable. The kitchen has a plentiful supply of crockery, cutlery, glasses and cook ware. The property is situated in a really attractive residence with remote control gated entry and the property has a private individual garage. The location is superb with a nearby sandy beach and a useful range of shops and restaurants. The old town of Antibes is within easy walking distance. There is a attractive private patio at the rear and side of the property. As this was early January we were not brave enough to enjoy the swimming pool! We can thoroughly recommend this property and shall definitely be returning

What a great find, we had a lovely holiday over the New Year. The appartment was so clean and well furnished with the added benefit of parking. The property location was close to the beach, shops and reataurants making for a perfect stay. We will definitely return as the apartment was so suited to our young family.
