Our modern villa offers luxury accommodation with it's own private heated pool and sun terraces benefitting from all day sun and offering a fabulous setting to enjoy the sunsets with a glass of wine and some tapas. On a clear day you can see the outline of the mountains of North Africa. It's only a short walk into historic Competa village with its shops, cafe's, galleries and fine restaurants.

The villa is light, airy and spacious and tastefully decorated. It comprises of two double bedrooms, one with en-suite, two twin bedrooms, a large living area with satellite tv, ipod dock, breakfast bar, dvd player, comfortable sofas and a dining area that leads onto the open plan kitchen area. A separate utility room houses the washing machine and dry food store. Tiled floor throughout. In the dining area, patio doors bi-fold open to the balcony. There are plenty of electric sockets.

Outside, the off road parking has locking gates leading down to the front of the house. Around the pool, there is a large sun area with sunbeds, an outside shower and planted areas. Steps take you down to a games area - with football table, darts board - and another sun terrace which is the best place to catch the late evening sun. There is a BBQ and outdoor table and chairs for al fresco dining. The covered area offers welcome shade.
The gardens have a selection of orange and lemon trees and there is an herb garden as well as shrubs and cacti.
