4 Bedroom Detached Villa with Private Pool. Located on the vibrant Mar Menor Golf Resort. 5 minutes drive from the unspoilt, blue flag beaches of the Mar Menor.

Our villa boasts front line golf views overlooking the 3rd green and 4th tee and is situated close to the resort centre and all facilities including the 5* Caleia Spa Hotel.

The villa boasts a good size swimming pool with ample outside space, BBQ and outside dining table and sun loungers for 8 people.

Inside is furnished to a high standard and air conditioning is available throughout for the summer months and central heating (if needed) for winter.

The villa benefits from 2 roof terraces as well as the pool terrace, ideal for sunbathing, eating outdoors or watching the golf!

Ground floor has a large lounge, kitchen and dining area seating 8 and a separate utility room.
A large bedroom with king size bed and toilet with shower enclosure are also on this level.

Upper level
Master bedroom with king size bed, en-suite and door leading to a terrace area with fantastic views of the golf course.
2 further bedrooms each with twin beds.
Family shower room and access to a further upstairs terrace.

Family Holuday

We had a fabulous time the Villa was just perfect for us. The Villa is spacious and a lovely size pool..With great outside dining area. The location is good as can easily walk to the restaurants and bars and the local Spa shop, The Villa had everything from pool inflatables to shopping trolley 😂great for big food shop!! to pots pans hoover iron air fryer etc etc you name it it had it.. A real home from home feeling.. Paul the owner was so helpful and always replies very quickly to any messages. We normally stay in the hotel however now we’ve found this Villa we are definitely going to book the Villa as so much nicer for a family.. Thank you Paul and Michelle for a wonderful holiday.. x

Fabulous villa

The villa was just as advertised! Fabulous location, great pool and outdoor area. The kitchen was well equipped and had everything you needed. Only thing that could make it better was some casual seating outside but this certainly didn’t hamper the enjoyment we had.

5 day golfing break

Lovely villa for our short golfing trip, spacious and well equipped. Pool was great for a late afternoon swim after golf. Plenty of bars and restaurants in Los Alcazares and the resort hotel was very nice. Local villa manager was very helpful getting our shopping in the fridge for our arrival for a small charge. All being well will be back next year.
