Lovely 4 bed, 3 bathroom villa and is frontline to the golf course.

The accommodation is fully equipped with: Gas barbecue, iron, internet (Wi-Fi), balcony, central heating, air conditioning throughout the house, private heated swimming pool, covered parking, 1 TV/satellite, DVD.

In the kitchen, refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee machine, toaster and kettle are provided.

Mar Menor Golf Resort is one of POLARIS WORLDS premier resorts with a 18 hole Jack Nicklaus designed course which will challenge all levels of golfers boasting a 5 star Senator Hotel (note this villa is a 5 mins walk from the hotel).
Lots of on-site facilities, including Spanish, Italian and Japanese Restaurants, an Irish pub and supermarket. In the summer, you can use the kids club and there are kids discos regularly in the week.

Just off the resort (within walking distance) you have a range of restaurants – including (to name a few):

Ideal for families

Large swimming pool, air-con in every room, close to restaurants and bars, spacious. Some of the light switches and plugs need to be checked, as well as some little things like the lid of the bin, or a hinge on the kitchen cupboard. Also, the house definitely needed a bigger fridge, but that was sorted almost straight away, which we were very thankful for.
