This apartment enjoys a quiet location with a secured entry system luminated throughout the night. First floor apartment has a welcoming entrance hall complete with solid wood flooring throughout. The spacious lounge has a large LCD TV, DVD player and WI-FI and opens out to a decked balcony with accompaning sea views. There are two double bedrooms (bedroom 2 is a twin) c/w fitted mirrored wardropes (master with en suite).

Very comfortable, plenty of space and quiet. Location is very convenient for travelling to anywhere in the Ayr/Prestwick/Troon area. It is a short walk to restaurants in Ayr town centre.

Very comfortable flat with ideal location for visiting Ayr. Would be especially worthwhile in warmer times (close to the beach) but for our short spring visit it was just right. Ian provided excellent instructions for an easy check-in and left detailed instructions for the flat - all of which made the stay easy.

The flat was clean and tidy. Quite well equipped in the kitchen. A bread knife would have been a great addition. Some soap and more toilet paper in the bathroom would have been appreciated.
