Modern & spacious Old Nags Head Style house with a heated pool, large back yard and a large wrap around porch.Your family is sure to be thrilled w/ the lovely decor, comfortable furnishings & terrific location this vacation retreat has to offer. Ideally situated in Nags Head with a private walking path to the beach. The heated pool is surrounded by a large fenced in back yard. The house is close to the beach, restaurants and attractions including Jockeys Ridge State Park & much More.

This modern rental is in a newer subdivision with Old Nags Head style houses. It is a short walk to the beach on a private community walking path that takes you directly to the beach.

Ground Level outdoor space: Parking for 4 Cars, Covered Entry to Home, Private Swimming Pool (Heated at No Extra Charge) -Enclosed Outside Shower, Charcoal Grill, & Storage Area for Bikes & Beach Equipment.

Ground Floor Living Space:
Sliding glass door overlooking the porch and pool area. The ground floor living area area has a couch and coffee table with a gas fireplace (available for use in the colder months) and flat screen TV. The wet bar area has a full fridge(with ice maker) with sink and a microwave. The bedroom has a queen bed with nice a size walk in closet with a master bathroom of the bedroom. Covered porch overlooks the pool and back yard area, it is a great place to relax. The covered porch has a hammock, two adirondack chairs and it over looks the pool and completely fenced in back yard. The pool deck has lounge chairs and the large heated pool is a great place to spend your time relaxing.
Mid Level: Spacious Modern Living/Dining/Kitchen Area, Pantry, TV, Fireplace, Half Bath, Laundry Room, Spacious Master Suite with King bed & Full Bath, Large Wrap Around Covered porch, & Sun Deck.

Top Level:Features include: 3 Bedrooms (Spacious Master Suite w/Queen, Full Bath, Tile Shower, 2 Walk in Closets. 1 Queen bedroom & 1 w/ 1 Single) Shared Full Bath

Included Features Dish Washer, Microwave, Ceiling Fans, TVs, Wireless Internet, Baby Equipment (High Chair & Pac-n-Play), & Deck & Pool Furniture. No Pets. This is a Non-Smoking Home.
This home has keyless entry allowing guests quick access to the rental.

Guests love relaxing on their own private "Old Nags Head Style" covered porch.

Within walking distance to many popular restaurants, parks and attractions. The town of Nags Head has a nice multi use path for biking and walking. The path runs along the East side of the beach road from the Nags Head town line at Eighth St. all the way to the southern end of South Nags Head. The Town also has a New multi use path that runs along highway 158. Our place is close enough to bike or walk to many attractions.

The pool is open and heated from April 15th- until October 25th.
The pool is closed from October 26th- April 14th.

Checkout time is strictly at 10AM
Checking out after 10AM is considered a late checkout.
A late checkout fee of $200 will be imposed unless a late checkout is specifically approved by the host.

Lovely home built in the traditional old Nags Head style. Very nice kitchen, well equipped, all rooms attractively furnished. The large wrap around deck is great as is the heated pool. The short walk to the beach is an easy walk through a delightful garden area and there is also a small easily accessful beach parking lot as well.

We absolutely loved this little place! I would not hesitate to book here again when we come back. Didn't really even miss that we didn't have a stove, hot plate worked great. Could use more dishes, but loved the at home feeling.

Wonderful return to OBX!

Our family hadn’t been to the Outer Banks in years. This was the perfect house for our return! The house is gorgeous and had everything we needed. The private pool provided a welcome respite after a day on the beach. The owner was terrific to work with whenever we had questions. We would definitely stay here again…a wonderful week was had by all!

Property was perfect for our family and allowed us to create many special memories. The pool was delightful and enjoyed day and night. Meals were easy to prepare in the large, well equipped kitchen. Family vacation

House was perfect for all the diverse needs of family members that stayed. We really enjoyed the large private backyard and heated pool. The home was clean and had everything needed for a large family. The fully stocked kitchen allowed us the ability to cook meals and enjoy at home all together. Owner responded promptly and ensured our needs were met. Close location to beach with accessible private pathway. Highly recommend!

The house is very nice, but the kitchen was very poorly stocked. After 11 years of coming to OBX, this house has a poor kitchen. No plastic ware to take by the pool. Very bad skillets, couldn’t cook fresh seafood at home. No big pots. No crab crackers for the shells. The kitchen just needs freshened up. It is very nice to arrive with toilet paper in each bath.

Spacious house with great amenities. Lovely pool and large back yard. Easy walk to the beach and some restaurants. Neighborhood is mostly quiet except for the highway which does give a fair amount of road noise in the backyard. All things considered, we would return again.

Amazing property!

We have rented a handful of homes over the years and this is the first time our expectations were exceeded. The home is beautifully done and was very clean upon our arrival...and I tend to be very picky about cleanliness and had zero complaints! Beds were very comfortable, kitchen is well equipped. Pool area was perfect for our family and the beach just a short walk away. Also very nice that the pool is heated at no extra charge! Owner was quick to respond to our questions and went above and beyond to make sure we had what we needed. Would highly recommend this property and we would happily rent this home again! Local restaurants we really enjoyed included Mulligans, South Beach Take Out, and Stack Em High Pancakes.

Great beach get away for family with a baby.

We loved the kitchen for cooking at home, and the great location for grocery shopping. We also loved the easy beach access. You can take a short walk or drive to the beach access with free parking. The pool was great, especially with a baby who couldn't spend all day at the beach. The owner even turned up the temperature in the pool for us during our stay to accommodate our little girl. Thank you for a wonderful first family vacation!

The perfect beach cottage

Poolside Retreat Perfect!

We were very impressed with our stay at the Poolside Retreat. Short walk to the beach and close to the Sound. Great central location for all the attractions on the Outer Banks. The apartment was very clean and nicely decorated. Everything we wanted and more. If we’re ever back on the Outer Banks we would definitely stay there again!

Better than any hotel

Plan your time wisely, because there is SO MUCH to do and see. You'll be pleased with this location and accommodations whether you visit Nags Head for the fishing or history or nature or the beach or shopping or restaurants, or just enjoying the private pool.
