About this property

Apartment in the historic center with three bedrooms and en-suite bathrooms

Casantò Guest Home, is located in the historic center of Palermo. The totally renovated and air-conditioned apartment is located on the first floor of a building with lift, has three bedrooms all with private bathrooms, and a living area with kitchenette. The rooms equipped with flat screen TV are independent of each other.
We are close to the pedestrian area of via Maqueda, the main street of the historic center of Palermo. The building overlooks the Galleria delle Vittorie, built in the 1930s. We are 300 meters from the Massimo theater, and about 800 meters from the cathedral and the Palazzo dei Normanni. The buses that connect the city center with the fishing villages and the airport pass about 100 meters away. Very close there are bars, bistros, restaurants and supermarkets.
We try to make our guests feel at home, providing everything they need in an apartment. Anyone who decides to stay in our apartment will always find us available, because our motto is to HOST WITH THE HEART FROM THE HEART OF PALERMO!

Antonio was a wonderful host. He met us in the street to help with our bags, walked us in and acquainted us with the locks, lift, and lights.He came back to help us with the wi-fi and the espresso machine.He responded quickly every time I messaged him.The amenities were perfect for us. We traveled with two other couples the apartment had three master bedroom suites! It was in a perfect location to walk to all the sites. The property was clean, beautifully decorated and well appointed. Antonio was so amazing to work with, he was very responsive before and during the stay. We had a fantastic stay at Castellammare. It was the perfect location for us. Within walking distance of all the main things to see and the main streets. Close to lots of restaurants. The apartment was just like the pictures. Very cute and was quiet during our stay. The air conditioning was great during the incredibly hot weather. Antonio was super helpful in helping us find the parking lot to keep our car and navigating the ZTL passes needed for driving in Palermo. He was super responsive in communication and was a great host. He also gave great local recommendations. Would highly recommend this location for a stay in Palermo.

Antonio was wonderful and the apartment was perfect! My friends and I booked for one night originally (we had to get to the airport early the next day), but we wanted to arrive a day early, and Antonio was able to make that work for us. 3 beautiful weeks being immersed in the Palermo Sicily culture…….this beautiful apartment in the historic district was perfect for access to restaurants, bakeries, grocery stores, street food and of course the best ever gelato by foot. Just steps from the pedestrian street that leads to everything exciting to experience in this beautiful city, Our host Antonio was definitely a 10! Helpful in every way! Contact with him was always immediate!!! A totally gracious host! We were on the first floor above the shops, easy stairs up and a lift if needed!! Fully accessible! We couldn’t ask for a better place to stay!! Very walkable to buses and trains for easy day getaways!!! Fun to see the neighboring towns and seasides! very inexpensive! Perfect base in the heart of Palermo
