This fabulous, fully air-conditioned (surcharge applies) detached villa for max. 5 persons is situated near the main boulevard of Mazarrón Country Club.

It has a modern living room with Smart TV (you can watch your favorite movies and series with your own account at different streaming platforms) and a log burner which makes the villa perfect for long-term winter stays. There are three good sized bedrooms with ample closet space: two bedrooms with a double bed and one bedroom with a single bed.

The property has a well equipped kitchen with a fridge/freezer, ceramic cooking plate, oven, dishwasher, water kettle and Senseo coffee maker.
Bathroom with a toilet and a shower.

There are three air condition units to keep the villa cold in the summer heat.

From May to October, there is a private free-form swimming pool at your disposal and in the winter a hot tub for 4 persons. There is a tiled garden with desert plants and a lovely roofed outside kitchen with gas barbecue, dining area and a washing machine.

NOTE: The villa has card-operated air conditioning. The cards can be purchased on site. The system is very easy to use: you insert the card into the box and you have electricity. You can check on the display how much money is left on your card.
